Springboard to Wealth with Thach Nguyen and Stephanie Owens stands out because the leadership actually shows up every week in coaching calls. They are present, engaged, and genuinely invested in their students’ success. This is not a passive course built to sell hype and disappear. They teach clearly, answer real questions, and stay close to the work their students are doing. You can feel that they care about outcomes, not just enrollment.

That said, this program only works for people who work. If you are not going to finish the modules, attend coaching calls, raise your hand, and ask questions, this program and any mentorship will not work for you. The value is there, but it is unlocked through participation. You get exactly what you put in.

For serious operators who want access, accountability, and leaders who are actively in the arena, Springboard to Wealth delivers.

I’ve been a part of for a few years now and have acquired a respectable portfolio thanks to Thach’s guidance. Most people will tell you that you can learn the basics that the course teaches online; while that may be true, you can’t get live advice , guidance and help with specific questions. Thach takes the time to evaluate YOUR deals and provides real life advice that can keep you from making mistakes by purchasing the wrong property or a bad deal. Yes, you can learn deal evaluation on YouTube, but will you have the ability to ask a seasoned mentor their real opinion on the subject property on a weekly basis??

SBTW is a great program to teach students mindset and owning rentals. Through the program, I have learned about mindset, script, skill set, analyzing deals, presentation,…and how to find good deals.

4+ years and no plans of leaving! When I joined in 2021, I was looking to grow my real estate portfolio and learn how to earn more income as a real estate agent. I had just left my W-2 as an industrial engineer to pursue real estate full time as an investor agent. Before leaving I had purchased 4 properties: 1 in WA (in state) and 3 in KC, MO (out of state), and I remember seeing the ads of springboard offering to teach students how to find their own deals by helping homeowners sell their homes with the options that best fit for them and their needs. To me, this was my opportunity to better serve my clients while also giving me more ways to create income/ generate wealth: list on market, wholesale, flip, and BRRRR (keep) properties. Ultimately this program has taught me these methods and so much more. From being in a community of like minded individuals all seeking to better their own lives and those around them, including the homeowners we serve. Further defining the true meaning of wealth: freedom, option and choice to spend time with who you want, where you want, and how you want. Clearly I’ve either been brainwashed or this program has opened my mind to how there’s an abundance for each and everyone one of us, and when we let go of our ego, we’re able to have anything and everything we want in life while helping others do the same. I’m incredibly grateful for this program, for Thach, Stephanie and all the many close friends we have gained by choosing to invest in ourselves with this coaching program. I now own 5 properties, and 7 doors and will be adding 2 more with the ADUs I’m building with Springboard’s Funding (construction loan). We will also be adding 3+ more units this year by buying another fixer with the ability to add more ADUs. As long as you’re willing to learn, grow and be coachable, you won’t go wrong by joining the springboard family.

I joined Springboard to Wealth in January 2024. Thanks to Thach I doubled in my business, purchased 3 investment properties, after I develop them I will have 18 total units. This all happened literally less than a year. Stephanie and Thach build an amazing community of people where you can call them as a second family.

I have been a part of Thach's program for just over 2 years now. The program works, you need to be a part of it and apply yourself to get the best from it. Show up and ask questions and you will attain your goals with this program. To the people that say it is a scam, you obviously are looking for a get rich quick scheme. Real Estate is a long Game and takes time to build. You are getting inner knowledge from someone that built his wealth from scratch. Thach cares avout his students and wants them all to succeed!

I don't usually write reviews but I felt compelled to share my recent experience because it's changed my life.

Before joining Springboard to Wealth, I spent six years on the sidelines—reading all the books, following top-rated mentors, paying for other coaching programs—but still couldn’t make a move. I learned a lot but was frozen in fear. I’m starting over, later in life, close to retirement, with very little to risk... and yet, everything was at risk. My primary home was my only nest egg, and I was afraid of making the wrong decision.

In December of last year, I had the opportunity to hear Thach speak on a live webinar. Not being on social media, I had never heard of him before, so I was skeptical—my usual reaction to anyone trying to sell me something. But when I heard him speak, I sensed something in him that I'm always searching for. It wasn’t just what he said—it was how he said it. I picked up on his genuineness, sincerity, and earnestness. (These qualities have come to bear over and over since meeting him in person.) So I bit the bullet and joined the program.

Immediately upon joining, I laid out a personal dilemma I had been struggling with for a while: Should I sell my primary home or rent it out? I brought it up during a group coaching call, but when we ran out of time, Thach invited me to email him directly with my full situation—mortgage, HELOC, personal expenses, goals, and more.

To my surprise, he called me personally just 2 days later—on the Friday before Christmas at 5pm, while traveling with his family because he didn’t want to leave me hanging! It was my very first time speaking to him one-on-one. His wife even joined the call, and together they helped me walk through not just the numbers, but also the emotions behind the decision. They didn’t give me generic advice—they truly imagined themselves in my shoes. After reviewing all the options, they said, “If we were you, we’d sell—even if it meant paying some capital gains.” So I did. And I haven’t looked back.

That one decision gave me the seed money—and the confidence—I needed to begin my investing journey. Within six months of joining Springboard, I closed on my first BRRRR (deal he analyzed for me on a coaching call), and I just made my second offer last week.

I’m still not savvy with money or investing, but now I have the Springboard community to lean on. The leaders, volunteers, and fellow students provide the support, inspiration, and guardrails I trust to keep me moving forward.

If you don’t want coaching… don’t want to grow from the inside out… don’t need help analyzing deals… don’t want accountability, support, or a community to walk beside you—this isn’t the program for you.

But if you’re looking for a community led by the principal who shows up to every call, care about you like family, and lovingly encourage you to get out of your own way—this is the place. It's turned out to be so much more than I had even hoped for, and worth every penny I was afraid to part with!;-)

One more thing: Springboard holds its community to a high standard of integrity—not just with each other, but also with how we operate in the real world. Whether we’re dealing with sellers, agents, or partners, we’re taught to always do the right thing. This includes not getting ahead at someone else’s expense. That core value really matters to me, and I appreciate that it’s at the heart of everything Springboard teaches.

I joined Springboard to Wealth in October 2024. By the end of February, I had a house under contract and closed in April. Thanks to Thach's teaching, I’m converting the property into three doors—primary, JADU, and DADU—to generate cashflow. Being able to buy and cashflow in the SF Bay Area is a real game changer. Thach and Stephanie’s guidance made this possible. Highly recommended! Study the material, but most importantly, stay close to Thach and Stephanie to really learn and to get the most out of Springboard!

I joined SBTW May 2024 and purchased my 2nd investment property a month into the program! I joined because I really wanted to scale my investment portfolio and get more doors, but felt confused as to how to do that. Thach and Stephanie are very hands on with each student, taking the time to make sure no one ever feels stuck for too long. I’ve been apart of other RE mentorships but always felt like they weren’t for me. From day 1, Thach reached out to me personally and welcomed me. You have to show up and do the work. This is not an MLM. No downlines or any BS. Show up, do the work, and you can and will be successful.

Thanks to Thach, I’m a real estate developer. How on earth did I become a real estate developer in my 20s? That really gave me the confidence and skills to jump in. What people don’t understand is that wealth is a mindset. So when people say that this course is generic… They’re missing the point they’re not listening to the words in a deeper level because wealth is a mindset. The people that showed up, got curious, did the work,… It was an inevitable each and every single one of them are millionaire. Thach made me an eight figure millionaire. So all the people talking shit were waiting to get their hand held and that’s not the mindset of a millionaire so sorry about your experience but people that actually did the work are thankful. I joined Springboard in 2020. I followed every step that Thach told me to do. By 2023 I had done enough real estate that I was able to leave my 9-5 as a single mom. If you do the work, show up and stay consistent you can make anything happen. I wouldn’t be were I am today without Thach and this mentorship. I should also add that I did his method in Arizona and in Washington and it worked in both locations.

I met Thach and joined the Springboard community in April 2021, now it's been more than 4 years. Through out the 4 years, I've witnessed, listened, and interacted with other gurus. Here's my honest opinion and what I've witnessed. Thach and the Stephenie and the REALEST ONE OUT THERE! They literally treat you like family, take care of you, and looking out for you. This is the only coaching program where Thach himself still attend the live calls and give game/coaching EVERY SINGLE WEEK! Most of the courses run by gurus, they are not even on the calls themselves, they may show up a few times a year if you get lucky. In addition, the Thach you see on social media is the Thach you get in real life, aligned, down to earth, and ready to give and contribute.

By signing up, it doesn't guarantee you freedom option and choice. You have to be proactive, take action, and do the work. Thach, Stephenie and the Springboard team are there to back you and support you as much as you need on this journey to financial freedom and live the life you want to live.

Hey all! I wanted to share my real feedback and what the mentorship gave me. I joined Springboard end of 2022 and was very proactive to achieve my intentions. At the end of the day - our goal is to get our time back through investing in real estate. So I took every actionable step I could from the program (because its a investment of my money and time). I own 8 rentals now and building more through the strategizes that Thach and Springboard teaches. The knowledge is extremely helpful, but I think what makes the mentorship different is the people and community in it.
