Well I had an appointment with Cory . As soon as he called me he told me straight out I was not a good fit for the company. I really think you are a big scam . I was ready to sign up but thanks to Cory I made my mind fast and told him he has a bad. Attitude ! My thoughts with this company is they just want your money and don’t want to help you progress in life. Think about before you join .

This is a very honest review about my experience with Flip Secrets.

I purchased this program like 6 years ago and was skeptical at first. But after completion, I flipped a few houses profitably and I had a moderate level of success. Let me be clear - flipping houses is not glamorous and it is hard - there are a lot of shady people in the real estate industry and I eventually exited.

But Jake was an honest professional from day 1. He is an ally to you. He’s there to help and support you every step of the way. He teaches you his way of investing in real estate and he doesn't hold any information back. He gets fired up and shares your success and your wins. I learned more about flipping houses from this program than any other program combined.

Again, flipping houses is hard. Contractors, lenders, realtors will try to take advantage of you. Using flip secrets will not guarantee your success. Flipping houses is not for everyone. But if you do decide to flip houses, paying for flip secrets will put you in the best possible position to succeed.

And the last thing I’ll say. I haven’t talked to Jake in a couple of years, but I’m 100% sure that if I reached out to him for advice or help, he wouldn’t hesitate to respond. I still have access to the modules and even the new modules from his courses. That tells you something about his investment in his students long term success.

The consistency with always being there when I need help and the kindness that is shown to me. I respect this company so much.

This is a great tool to have. Apply the process and stay diligent. It's all new until it no longer is. The mentors and system put in place are extremely helpful.

I cannot rave enough of how awesome is the program. The courses are easy to follow, community engagement is strongly encouraged, as are the accountability calls to ensure you're ok and on track. I must say the people I've met thus far, are super welcoming and in the ready to assist. In a very short amount of time, I've learned more than any other RE program.

Absolutely love the straightforward teach style.

Deceptive marketing and impossible promises

Flip Secrets Master Class was extremely misleading. They advertise a 14-day money-back guarantee, but when I tried to use it, I was pressured into multiple phone calls with their team where I was coerced into staying instead of being refunded. The “guarantee” is not honored in good faith.

They also express that you’ll be able to pay for their outrageously expensive course with your first deal. That never happened. I completed the entire program, sent hundreds of offers, followed everything they instructed step by step, and produced zero deals.

Despite doing the work exactly as taught, I ended up with nothing to show for it except debt. I have paid $9,000 so far, used their recommended financing, and still owe $12,000 on what is supposedly a $15,000 course. The financial burden has been significant, and the results were nonexistent.

This program overpromises, underdelivers, and uses high-pressure sales tactics to keep people locked in. If you’re considering this course, be very careful. I strongly recommend staying away.

Everyone's very helpful and they push you to succeed in your future, they give you the tools to accomplish success.

The lessons are very detailed and you are assigned a coach that answers all your questions on a weekly call and you can reach out at anytime. In addition, there is a support email address and at the end of some questions, it is a reminder that you can email if you need assistance. I am learning a lot and very grateful to be part of the Flip family.

Great Program. Not like one of those bs ones out there. Complete A-Z mentorship. Teaches you everything you need to start flipping houses, either local to you or remote. Teaches Analyzing numbers, getting your deals funded with 100% Other People's Money, handling the rehab, etc... 1on1 Accountability calls to make sure I'm doing what I need to be doing and live mentor coaching calls multiple times a week to get my questions answered and for additional help. Would definitely recommend if you're trying to fast-track this journey.

The community is absolutely helpful for anyone who wants to learn about fix and flip in real estate. The best way to learn is by doing it so this program is useful for the go getter. I recommend it because it has helped me learn several facets of the process and the mentorship is lead by example.

It was easier to get financing for the $15,000 “mentorship” fee than it is to get a $15,000 GAP loan that Jake promoted heavily on social media which is the only reason I joined this program. I am a RE professional and thought they provided something my business was missing. Save your money and make sure your credit is good. That’s all you need to flip property if you have the knowledge.

The Flip Secrets program is the best that I have ever purchased. Other programs seem to always be missing something. But not this one. The Discord community is invaluable with the help you get from real people like yourself and from the mentors; also the Master Class is 2nd to none. This is the first real estate investing program I've purchased where you literally get A - Z training on flipping houses and also accountability in your training. Unlike other programs that "mentions" get a Hard Money Lender or get a Contractor for your flips, The Flip Secrets teaches you everything about the lenders, contractors and all the other aspects of this business that you will need to know in DETAIL. When you invest in a program like this, you always have that fear, is this going to work and did I waste my money. This program began chipping away my fears because not only I learned so much detail information from A - Z, but the accountability along the way by doing this business, allowed me to see this is real and it works. I am very satisfied I purchased this program and I am a part of The Flip Secrets family

Hi Friends, this is completely a scam, where they promise they will teach you how to flip the houses with a 60 days money back guarantee and when you enroll and see there is no help and all the content in the master class is from a guy name Jake, who give unrealistic examples, most of the information is on internet which is free and better than what these Flip secrets team is claming, they have sales people who trick you and make you pay upfront and once paid they refer you to the email support and AI responds and after 60 days on Money back guarantee they says the documents says all sales are final, and we didn’t took the loans from the lenders and made offers, however there is no assistance to make 3 offers a day and 30 offers in a month, they will not refund the money, now you are in a Big mess, you lost money and there is no support and when you inform in the discord or anywhere these people get very very rude and says we can’t help, you don’t make any offers, and the people who make offers with their process are already in a helpless condition, with the loans from Hard money lenders and Gap lenders, on a big internet and don’t know how to pay them back and all the credit history got messed up.
Please be careful with this online gurus and their scams to earn more money

I appreciate the weekly check ins, however the sales pitch that everything and everyone is at my disposal is not really accurate. They do give recommendations, but they don't have their own personal team as they made it seem. You just have to put in a lot of work on your own.

I was so excited when I purchased the program for $10K. This was a huge investment which flip secrets wants paid up front. Once you are paid, there is absolutely no incentive to help you with anything. It is the first time I basically received "nothing" for $10K dollars in my life. They use a public discord site which is constantly having problems. This was truly a disappointment that flip secrets thinks it's appropriate to use a platform that takes 2 days and usually much longer than that to answer a question, As busy as I am, I have forgotten what I even needed multiple days later. I have contacted flipsecrets several times to get back on the classes but there is no response. A few months into the class I sent a message that I felt mislead. I was just attacked, because they "weren't going to do the work for me" Flip Secrets, absolutely cannot be questioned. Look at the responses of people that have questioned them. I made the mistake of sending Jake Leicht a message stating that maybe the $10K was bait and switch since they did advertise that I would learn how to flip homes. I received a video answer from Jake Leicht ignoring my request for a refund. He was very angry, stating they "wouldn't do the work for me" which I never expected, but considering that fact I paid $10K I assumed that there would be training and training help. I was then told/threatened that basically I wouldn't receive any help with funding for properties since I had the audacity to complain. As stated I was attempting to actively participate. It was advertised that if a person didn't have a house flipped in I believe six months they would help you. It has been a year and noone even noticed. And finally, even though they received $10K and I have been paying for a year and will pay for another year, Jake Leicht told me I hadn't actually paid that for the class since it was on Klarna. I am very sad that this was what it was. I have tried repeatedly to just get the URL for the classes, and no one responds. Flipsecrets just never gets back to you. The class isn't come along with us, and we will show you how to do this. It is listen to me brag about all the success I have had, and you shut up and tell me how wonderful I am. I would have so appreciated being able to talk with people about actual business deals. Instead, it's ongoing chats, with very little business accumun all over the discord site, and they have calls, only in the evening when a person is ready to drop dead from 15-hour days. You call in and the reception is like you are showing up to someone's wedding and they don't know you. Most of what they offer you is false and I am very sad about that.

I’ve just learned a lot and feel confident in my choice to take this leap.
