Springvale Leather Furniture レビュー 

I asked for leather swatches and was invited to choose 6 different leathers. The pack that came only had 3 in it although the invoice listed all 6! The swatches are free so I am not out of pocket but am wary about ordering a sofa now if these things are not checked before sending. Thanks

Excellent service. Bought a sofa a few years back and it's definitely made to last. Been back in today and spoke to a very nice girl about getting the right cleaning products and she was very helpful.

I travelled from Stockport and the showroom was closed so I rang . I was told someone might be able to open up for me as they live local . They rang back 5 minutes later and opened up .

We visited the showroom whilst touring furniture stores for a new sofa. We were met with such choice, no sales hassle just friendly help and advice when needed. Lots of leather samples to take home and another visit to decide our specific requirements which were no problem. We have received our new sofa which we are delighted with, excellent workmanship, quality and value. Delivery was very efficient. Thank you all at Springvale, we would highly recommend you to anyone.

Fantastic experience – from the moment we stepped through their showroom door we were made to feel welcome. There are many designs of furniture each one can be built to your own tastes including colour, size and resistance of the seat cushions (soft, medium or firm). They have a large number of regular sizes but also offer bespoke dimensions on just about every aspect of the furniture. The local family firm from Lancashire could not do too much for us, they were also very knowledgeable and honest. Our furniture was made and delivered to our own colour combination of leathers in less than half the time some of the larger national companies were quoting us. They kept us informed of the progress and confirmed the delivery date. The furniture has now been delivered and is outstanding. Oooh and did I mention that they are also very competitive in price. We are extremely happy with the furniture and would like to thank all of the team members at Springvale for making this experience very enjoyable. We thoroughly recommend Springvale Leather.

We have received two armchairs today and they are absolutely great. Every measurement and choice has worked perfectly and their service had been friendly, efficient and professional. We cannot fault this company and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Fantastic service from start to finish. We visited the showroom and had a good look around, no sales pressure whatsoever from any staff. Arranged a home visit as we wanted a "made to measure" Chesterfield corner suite. We took delivery when we was ready. The staff set it all up and put it in place. Sarah was very helpful showing us different sofa's. We spent over an hour with her choosing the right sofa's for us. There was no pressure to buy.
Last Friday we took delivery of our 2 leather settees. We couldn't fault the service, they unwrapped the settees, set them up.

It is often said that quality sells, nobody knows as well as Springvale Leather Furniture. Today we took delivery of two chairs to match two bought 9 years ago. We could barely tell the difference between the new and the old. We are so pleased with them.

Called in at the showrooms and was very impressed with all the furniture all made to customers specification. Our own suite needed new leather cushions which they said they could do. I have now picked up my first cushion cover and we are very impressed with the workmanship. So we have left our three cushions with them. I highly recommend them, they are a small family business. The staff were brilliant and helped to pick the matching colour in leather, even though it was a small job to them they were very obliging to do the job.
