Their site specifically says they have 24/7 lifetime support! And they understand that many people won’t know how to use the equipment so they are there for you! 🤣 What a joke. I enquired several times seeking assistance and the replies were vague and unhelpful. Basically, there are instructions included. There are absolutely no instructions on proper use, simply what each function does. He did tell me that not all trackers emit continuously and may only be every 10 minutes or so, a very important detail, one they do not have anywhere on their site or in the instructions. I then asked if there were any training videos and he said online and basically we can’t train you and then said it’s a professional piece of equipment and he recommends I hire a private investigator. You can’t even stay true to your site advertising saying you are there anytime needed to explain use because you understand most people won’t be familiar?! And this is all from the founder of Spyguy, Allen.

I can not a get activation code for a new devise for almost a week, they really do not have any support

I paid for overnight shipping. I was not informed that it only covered weekdays. I bought the item in the evening on a Thursday, expecting to receive it on Saturday. Extremely disappointed to find out it wouldn't arrive until Monday. If SpyGuy's system had offered that information upfront, I wouldn't have paid twice as much for shipping.

I returned my device to SpyGuy on October 3rd and, after nearly a month, I still haven’t received my refund or any real update. Every time I reach out, I get the exact same copy-paste message saying my return is “being evaluated in batches.”
There has been zero transparency, no timeline, and no accountability. Their “refund evaluation” process feels like an excuse to delay payments. I’ve had to follow up several times, and they simply repeat the same response without addressing my questions.
This experience has been frustrating and disappointing. I do not recommend purchasing from this company — especially if you think you might need to return an item. Buyer beware.

Its a week that I bought Outlander and it doesn't work. They don't have phone number and in their chat support, they never get back to you. I recommend you all not to buy anything from these guys and if you already did, just dispute the purchase.

This company will NOT get back to you when you need help. Go somewhere else. Contact a company that has a phone number and someone there to assist. Quick to take your money but not available after that. Buyer beware!!!

I have purchased two of the outlanders. I’m still waiting on customer support to reach out. At this time I’m unable to see the device on the app. Also one of the devices is out of date.

Do not order from them they sent me a mat instead of what I ordered the site is fake
