Please note that when the target device has battery-saving mode enabled, or when some devices lock background activity, the phone may temporarily go offline to conserve battery. In such cases, data uploads and real-time location tracker updates can understandably be delayed.

We’re genuinely sorry that your experience with SpyHuman and our support did not meet your expectations. We understand your frustration, especially when a feature you were relying on was not working as expected.
