Hi Luv, we’re sorry your 2023 experience was disappointing. Since then, SpyHuman has undergone major updates, including improvements to phone tracking, call recording, WhatsApp call recording, GPS and data synchronization.

Hi Pooja, we’re sorry you experienced this issue. We’ve since fixed the contact-number mismatch problem and significantly improved call recording. We’ve also introduced **WhatsApp call recording**, which now works on most supported devices.

We understand your concern, especially when call logs were appearing but call recordings were inconsistent. At that time, device compatibility and recording reliability could vary considerably between Android devices, manufacturers, and system versions.

Since then, SpyHuman has gone through extensive development, testing, and improvements. We have rebuilt and improved several core parts of the platform, including call recording, synchronization, device connectivity, and monitoring reliability. Our automatic call recording app functionality has also been significantly improved, and we now support WhatsApp call recording on many compatible devices.

SpyHuman is now much more than call monitoring. It works as a mobile tracker for an authorized and properly enrolled Android device, providing features such as GPS location tracking, location history, call logs, SMS tracking, contacts, installed apps, app usage, device information, notifications, browsing activity, and other monitoring features depending on the plan and device compatibility.

Our GPS location tracker has also received significant improvements, allowing users to check the current location of an enrolled device and review location history. For users searching for a phone number tracker, we want to clarify that SpyHuman is not a service that can locate an arbitrary person simply by entering a phone number. The device must first be legitimately enrolled and configured for monitoring.

We have also continued improving SMS tracker functionality, call recording, app monitoring, remote controls, screenshots, live ambient recording, file access, notifications, and other features available through the platform.

We only discovered our Trustpilot profile recently and have now started going through and responding to our older reviews. We sincerely apologize for taking so long to respond to your feedback.

We also understand that recommending troubleshooting steps repeatedly can be frustrating when the underlying issue may actually be related to device compatibility or synchronization. Hi Motaz, we’re sorry for the issues you experienced back in 2019. We’ve fixed and significantly improved these issues in our latest versions, including background operation and call recording.

However, some newer Android phones have additional security and privacy restrictions that may display notifications or alerts when call-recording features are being used. These restrictions are controlled by the device manufacturer/Android system and can vary between devices.
