On April 17th, after receiving your query at 5 AM, we responded by 8 PM the same day with detailed instructions on how to proceed with the cancellation. When you followed up with a picture, we requested additional screenshots on April 19th at 9 AM to better understand and resolve the issue. It seems there was a gap following this, and for that, we apologize if we missed providing you with the support you needed promptly.

Please know that our team is dedicated to addressing all customer issues effectively, and we regret any oversight in this instance. We appreciate your feedback as it is crucial for us to improve our service.

After reviewing the situation with our team, it appears that there may have been a misunderstanding regarding the functionality of our service in relation to your specific stores. We regret any inconvenience this may have caused you.

Upon investigation, we found that there was a discrepancy in two of your stores, Izabella Boutique and Royal Achat. These stores were not running ads on Meta, which resulted in our app's inability to detect sales from them. It's important to note that our platform relies on active advertising to track sales accurately. Additionally, we recommended replacing your store, Chaleur Alpine, as its sales were coming from Google, not Meta. Unfortunately, this recommendation was not accepted.

We understand your frustration, and as a gesture of goodwill, we offered compensation for the time spent incorporating these stores. Our team also extended an offer to extend your subscription, even after cancellation, in an effort to ensure your satisfaction.

We want to assure you that we are committed to providing accurate and reliable service to all our customers. We appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve our platform and services moving forward.
