The new bars have stopped my hands from going numb.

I ordered the size/measuring kit online. Their simple sizing method as well as obtaining the kit was simple & painless. A short time after placing my order, I was riding on a new saddle. So far, I am very happy with everything about it.

After two short 10 mile rides on mixed surfaces, I can say that I felt well connected to the bike with this saddle. Comfort was pretty good just wearing jeans. I would probably want bike shorts for longer rides. I really like the design and construction

Love the products. The grips are the best.

I followed websites recommendation on sizing and saddle still causes me some discomfort in the perineum. Not sure if the size is incorrect or I need a different model, but I will try some other options. The saddle itself seems very well made and I wanted it to work for me, but I did not get the result I was expecting.

Best grip around. So much nicer than the ODI/DMR/Ergons I've tried, all for Enduro style riding. Use the size chart and sized down, works wonders.

Order arrived within a week. Handlebar box has Velcro on it. Can be used as storage for other bars. These guys make handlebars that riders need.

It is very cool that they are able to provide free template sample for saddle sizing.

Was quik delivery and easy to do the measuring.

Comfortable saddle so far. Changing a saddle takes time to adjust. Acclimating to it and all good so far.

I have sent three emails regarding an issue. I’m having with an SQ labs and synergy seat. No one has reached out to me or even attempted to correct this issue. I’m considering another seat for a new bike I just bought. However, after this experience, I don’t think I’d ever buy another Seat from SQLs. Unfortunate because I’ve had good experiences with the previous to purchases.

Ich hatte ein Problem gehabt, mit dem Sattel, daraufhin hab ich den Kundendienst informiert und nahezu sofort Antworten und Lösungsvorschläge erhalten. Lösungsmöglichkeiten bei denen man echt nicht meckern kann! Sehr nette und lösungsorientierte Konversationen. SQlab wird wohl mein treuer Begleiter bleiben. Schlichtweg zufrieden!

I installed the inner bar ends and they are now my favorite position on my mountain bike. I wasn't sure if I would really like them, but I'm glad I took a chance on them. Very comfortable riding position for flats or going uphill.

I ordered your fit kit. It was helpful and now I own a 612 saddle. I love the saddle. It is mush more comfortable than the Selle Strados saddle it replaced!

Delivery was done after one week of ordering online. This was to Quebec , Canada.
Pedal 512 are top notch, got my stance widened by the XL + 15mm
Only 2 screws were missing for the cleat assembly
The cleats delivered are thicker and the screws provided are 13.5 mm instead of 10.0 mm ( from Look). If ever SQlab could ship me the missing screws (13.5mm) that would be great.

They have now cancelled two orders for not being in stock. They really need to fix their inventory system.

I've tried numerous saddles in the past. The SQ lab saddle has been the most comfortable to date. 20 plus rides so far and no complaints.

The handlebars are excellent. Not too heavy, not too light. I bought it for the increased angle for the back sweep (12 degrees, not the 8-9 found on other bars. Consistent with recommendations by SQLab, I could have gone wih 16 degrees, but for now, the 12 degrees was a significant improvement, largely eliminated wrist pain after long rides. The increased vertical flexibiility of this model was not a problem, but I have only 30 miles on the bars to far, so I haven't noticed a big difference on that.
