The return process is unreliable. I needed several follow-ups. A promised RMA never showed up. Moreover, return shipping is on the customer - an amount that can reduce the refund by a significant amount.

Shipping was fast, Instructions for use were easy to understand, results were good, after I understood what was going on.
Attempting to find a seat/saddle for the better half now.

Great product and good shipping time. Packaging is quite high quality but would love to see it minimized and a reduced cost for product. Packaging is one-time-use and should be the least resource intensive as possible. Great bars though!

Quality item that was just what I wanted . I really like the hand position and the option to change hand placement with changing conditions . I feel like I can “ tuck in “ . I use these on a Specialized Sirrus X .

Crash replacement for my 60EX saddle after one of the rails snapped. Apparently it was outside the warranty period but SQlab honored my replacement with 50% off a new saddle. I’m very grateful. Good customer service!

Website was easy to navigate. Product arrived very quickly and in excellent condition.

Used the crash replacement program. Was super straight forward and had a replacement saddle in a few days. Had to use an old saddle I used in the past for those few days and my backside was not happy. The sign of a great saddle is when you go on a long ride and the last thing you think about is saddle discomfort. Or I should say, you don't even think about the saddle.

Customer service was very helpful in helping me identify an older sqlab saddle, and showing me the new version.

Best saddle on the market. I have them on all 3 of my bikes.

Not all saddles fit all people. This one did not fit me. Actually painful. Cut rides short. I followed all of the sizing instruction. I’ve purchased the saddle during the winter. I rode on the trainer and there was discomfort. Put it on my road bike and rode in the spring. I thought it may actually feel better riding on the road. I was wrong. The best way to describe it is ass hatchet. Because I bought it in the winter, by the time I rode outdoors, the test period was over. I am stuck with an expensive saddle and regret.

My fitter recomended the 611 ergowave active. I've ridden it on a couple of brutal gravel rides so far, and am in love with it.

Before actually ordering a SQlab saddle, I went online to your site to ask some questions as to the best saddle model suited to my physical situation. Your customer rep responded quickly, clearly, and fully to my questions and concerns. Her responses enabled me to put in my order without any hesitation. And for the record, I am very pleased with the saddle model I purchased.
