This app has been the best thing for my business. Seamless usage. For the small fee this is the best.

Square has been my saving grace for years , not only do they keep track of my earnings and my cash flow but they have helped me grow my small buisness with loans several times , I recommend them for all your invoicing needs .

I've had nothing but positive a d great experiences using the invoicing tool. I wish there were an option to send an invoice and text simultaneously

Easy to use and great for small businesses

We use square for all types of situations. Social media sales, in person pop up shops, and many other. Square never disappoints.

Horrible!! Just crappy they allow every customer to dispute back there funds while you lose everything

Great program. Straight forward fees

We have an embroidery business with a gift shop. I use the invoice feature quite a bit for customers that have placed orders. I do have items that have modifiers, different charges for embroidery. I would really like if we can select the modifier more than one time. For example, when I charge for a shirt, I add a charge for a chest logo, but sometimes a customer wants to put a different logo on the other side. So I have to separately charge for that second embroidery charge.
Besides that, I really like it. I would also like for the invoice ID to auto generate using the number system I use.

I use Square Invoices to bill clients for art-related services (design consultations, hourly illustration work, and so on) over the internet. I appreciate how quick and easy it is to send new, price-adjusted invoices to repeat clients as well as use templates to speed up the process when billing someone new. Allowing customers to include tips on their payments has prompted many to give a few extra dollars on more than one occasion, which is always nice! Making adjustments (such as billed amount corrections) and sending reminders to settle up unpaid invoices is also very simple and easy. Splitting payments is also easy when you know the client will need to pay over multiple installments. Sending bills with immediate or future due dates is also a great option - sometimes I send a client an invoice knowing they can't pay until a later date, and although I wouldn't charge a late fee, it gives me peace of mind that the client knows their payment is due "when they can" as opposed to "as soon as you get the bill". It's win-win!

Finally I want to say I appreciate how easy Square Invoices are to use from the client-side as I have converted many people over from being "I only buy with that 'Pal of Payments' processor" to being willing to try something new when they pay me! (You can still accept payments from the Pal at a higher-tier paid service, but I currently just use the fee-per-transaction, otherwise free Square).

It is easy for me to send my clients an Invoice the night before their appointment. It allows easy access for my client to pay their bill for their appointment therapy session from their email or text message. It allows me to focus on them from the beginning of the session and to the end of the session without having to worry about taking their payment. Their payment has already been paid ahead of time. I know for sure if payment is paid ahead of time, my client will be showing up for the appointment. It’s peace of mind for me to be paid ahead of time for my client's appointment.

I like that it’s simple to use without putting customers information. Just add cost and then swipe their card. I hate that square charges fees.

Very professional and excellent for business tracking. Just wish Square could allow customer retention emails and mass emails to your customers for marketing purposes as you can’t export them out of system.

Useful. Gets expensive at the end of the year but useful. I like the free transfer if you wait 1-2 days.
