Since switching to square it has taken a huge amount of stress out of my life I. The billing and estimate depts of my buisness they make every transaction smooth and effortless !
Not sure what I would use if I didn't have square I tried a couple other invoicing company's and they don't hold a candle to square no comparison !

I've been using square invoices for quite some time. It allows me to quickly bill for services. When I'm part of the lawn care crew its necessary.
I also have a very easy to navigate log of paid/outstanding and all kinds of other things. I always know where my money is. Invoices has been great for my business. Maybe it would be great for yours.

I think Square Invoices is a wonderful tool for any small business. It's easy to use and easy to navigate the different tools it offers you to help manage your taxes, sales reports, inventory and more. It even offers you the ability to build your own website if you wanted to go that route.
It's perfect for anyone just starting out that has zero knowledge on how to effectively invoice, keep inventory or build a website. Because Square will help through each step or it has a team of experts to help you through each step.
I would highly recommend Square for any new business or any business period. It's a wonderful tool that I couldn't run my business without!

Charges are a little hire them I agree with . But does very well on dependability.

I find the entire platform easy to use, secure and fast.
I plan to explore other services square offers to help my buisiness in the future

Service is great and works for my business but the rates are a bit expensive so I am shopping around for better deals. The only reason I would stop using square is for a service that charges less for transactions.

The SQUARE invoices app ( desktop or mobile ) is very good and intuitive. Everything is easy and very apparent.

I run a trash collection service and over half my customers pay me through square. I love the how smooth it is to build and send invoices and receive payments. The only thing I wish is some of my customers still prefer paper invoices and to pay with check I wish their was feature that I could send those customer automatic paper invoices
So I could do all invoicing in one area instead of having to use square for electronic and quick books for paper

Square and square invoices is easy to navigate, User-friendly and pretty self explanatory. Neither myself or any of our customers have ever complained about the invoices or any other components of the platform.

I must say, Square sure has made my business so easier, it is so efficient I have no complaints... love it!!.... thank you 💜

Using Square Invoices for my Landscaping Company is a extremely easy, efficient & convenient for both myself & my clients…I wouldn’t recommend using any other invoice system to run your business with. I can customize and edit each invoice for each client as well as duplicate previous invoices for repeat customers effortlessly even while out in the field.

I do appreciate square. Only one I'll use

Square Invoices works great for my cupcake and decorating businesses it allows me to send a payment request right to my clients with no problem and it also lets me send them reminders that their payments are due I love it.

I do like the square however, I don't like how you can only use so many times before being charged to deposit into bank. I understand that square does have to charge, however maybe less percentage.
