Very satisfied with square loans! They take a % out of every sale & I don’t even notice. I pay back my loan with no worries

I left 4 stars because there is definitely room for improvement but mostly we love using Square for our business needs. There is a few things that would be nice to have as an option for our business. Because we do all of our business online or over the phone, we need an option to click to tax certain customers and not necessarily certain items. Also, it would be nice to be able to pull a list of customers who purchase certain items and not just how many items we sold.

I love Square! I am used to using MSExcel to make reports concerning my business! But Square has taken those time consuming tasks from me! Using the Square card reader has enabled me to make more sales (few people use cash nowadays), I can make and collect more payments utilizing Square. I recommend Square to everyone!

I think I started using square in 2013 and it changed the way business is conducted. I run a small remodeling company. There was a lot of waiting for checks to clear time. I use the invoice app almost exclusively. I haven't had any negative experience or feedback from customers. They love it as much as I do. Hundred stars.

Being able to send professional looking invoices to my corporate customers there's a huge plus.
Another way I use this app is for when I need to perform work and the customer is not on site I can simply bill them.

Have used Square & PayPal, Square by far is the easiest to maneuver through the app. Keeps track of daily, and monthly sales.
I would definitely recommend Square to anyone that needs to do any type of invoicing.
I have also used the app for sales at our seasonal vegetable stand.

Square has many amazing features but I will tell you why every small business owner must have this app as your payment processor.

CHARGEBACKS!

Square is by far the best one when it comes down to chargebacks. It’s hard enough getting customers and when they try to get cute and say they didn’t make that purchase yet you have all the evidence that they did then square has your back. All the other processors will tend to favor the customers bank or cc company and that is pretty disappointing.

A real game changer when only using one means of getting my invoices paid.
Super easy to use and convenient at vendor events. I'm not stressing on the math aspect of the check outs and payments are quick and easy for my customers.

I love square, it allows me to send invoices directly to my customers via email or text and they can pay directly from the invoice. My money is automatically sent to my business bank account so once I send my invoices my job is done. I wish there was a set fee instead of a percentage but it's ok.

I love square invoices it is a great work around as I wait and wait and wait some more for work orders.

I have been with square over a year now and prior to that I had nothing but problems using PayPal over 10 years , Square has been problem free for me , the features are easy to use , and has helped me tremendously with retaining returning and new customers , being able to send invoices to both email and as a text to my customers has really made a difference for both customers and myself in time and payments , being able to design my invoice , gift cards and create my own campaigns and rewards program are bonuses too. I recommend square over any other platform to invoice and collect payments!!
