I love that I can send an invoice, receive payments, attach handouts and information to a client and get paid all in one easy app. I've been able to customize everything and it looks professional. It is also important that it is updated often and works great.

Whenever I take an order for whole Cheeseckes I automatically send that customer an invoice. I curtail it my specifications and they have a professional invoice receipt to pay the bill from. I love how if they are late with the payment you can send them a reminder. Also you can put notes or message for up coming event. Over all the invoicing is the way to go.

The new Square App version 5.78 UI/UX is highly intuitive, feature rich, and very easy to use, in my opinion it is by far the best financial application in year 2021, gives me full control of receivables and fund transfers, bookkeeping on a single robust platform.

Everything was great then you made changes in the way I can process a card.I asked for help and you never responded. To return your customers money after you have just taken it all in 1 second by accidentally pushing the wrong button, Your customer has to then wait 2-6 business days to get their money back. What a good system! Great job!

Issue: hard to delete a balance due from the customer when the balance was paid in another way

I have had great experiences with Square Invoicing. I like that creating them and sending reminders is easy.

Great way to book appointments and invoice clients.

I have used Square for around 3-4 years or so and am really satisfied with it. I use the invoice option more than anything else. The one thing I would change is I would like to have multiple templates for messages to send with invoices instead of just one default message that can be saved. I use multiple types of invoices and having multiple options for messages inside the invoices would be great. Other than that I am really happy with Square Invoices. My clients are from all over the US so the card swipe option doesn't work for clients far away, so invoices have really been the bread and butter of my business payments. I love the ease of use for my clients, not having to have a square account themselves is wonderful.

I make custom designed stone artwork. Anything from business card holders to address stones. When a customer orders, I tell them that I will make a proof of their design, and once they approve of the design, I will send them an invoice via Square. I usually make the invoice due in a few days, but most of them pay the same day. Really makes doing on-line business easy.
