Its a scam
I purchased what their site described as custom fit (site asked for my exact model details), and genuine high quality leather. What I got was a bag full of crap. It was shipped in a used, stretched out black trash bag with taped corners that looked like a 2 year old taped it. For almost $300, they could have at least packaged it with some integrity. There was zero instructions, and the install video on their site was for a product that didnt match what they sent to begin with. No labeling on pieces to say which pieces belonged where. I ordered cocoa brown, what they sent me was orange. It said custom fit, but every piece meant for a Kia soul fit like a diesel truck set and the material was fake pleather. The photos showed full coverage in this leather material on sides of seat, and headrest, but what they sent me had nylon stretchy material sewn in on sides, making it look horrible and cheap. Its obvious that this is standard for them. They know they aren't giving people what they think they are ordering. Not sure how a business even operates this way, making money off the few who dont or can't return when they could do better and make business off happy customers by being honest about their products. Theyre taking their time to address my return request. And I refuse to be out shipping costs over a company that knowingly sent me something different from what I purchased. So I'll be disputing the whole charge and returning back in a trash bag the way it was sent to me.

Waste of time and money
Waste of time and money. I've been trying to find quality leather seat covers for my boss and looking for a true custom fit. I made several attempts to clarify exactly what I wanted with the Stablela team. I was "assured" the product was exactly what I needed. Turns out they lied. Fake leather, no cover for the front middle and the rear cover was a universal design that works for multiple configurations (far from custom). It took weeks to get them to authorize a return. Once I sent them back it was weeks longer for the refund authorization and they refused to pay the return shipping. Low quality and terrible customer service is all you can expect from them...

These seat covers are pure crap
These seat covers are pure crap. Not only do they not fit but they are NOT genuine leather and are poorly made. I purchased these for my daughters car. She did not come home for about a month later. So when she did, I opened the package to install them Once I realized I had been duped, I immediately requested a refund. Despite one of the packages not even opened, I was still denied because if my request being just outside of their refund window. When I inquired as to why the seat covers I received looked nothing like the advertised photos , I received this response: "Kindly note, that the actual seat covers may look slightly different from the picture shown in the advertisement".
To add insult to injury, the product inside of the package I opened had some sort of oil residue fingerprints all over it, that won't come off. Overall, it was a completely disastrous decision to do business with Stablela. Any legitimate company would have tried to make it right. Instead, all. they offer me was a 50% off coupon for the same crappy product. Save yourself the headache. Spend the extra money and get a quality product.

I ordered the Ram 3500 front seat covers. I sent the info for my truck. It took a month or so to get them and by the time I received them my truck was in the shop. Once I got my truck back, I tried them and they didn't fit. I tried to return them and they would not even though I notified them that my truck was not available to try them in the 14 day return period.
I told them if they would fit my truck I would not be trying to send them back. They still refused.
So Beware. This company doesn't stand behind their product even when their product not fit as promised!!!

My husband bought me these seemingly nice seat covers for my birthday! I have been trying for weeks to return them! All they do is "buy time" by asking repeatedly to uplaod the damaged goods photos (I have atleast 5x). Then, offering a 60% discount to KEEP the damaged covers as "their thanks!" NO!! I dont want to pay 40% for something that is going into the trash... UGH
Needless to say, still no resolution as of today.
