My husband was looking at seat covers for his new truck and showed me a set of seat covers offered by Stablela on or around 11/8/2025. We talked about them and decided to keep looking. Saturday, 11/22/2025 he gets this package delivered, opened it up and neither one of us had any recollection of placing the order. Label shows uniuni shipping / tracking number from Ecom Fulfillment Center. Researching the tracking number led me to date of order, found an email buried in his Gmail account from Stablela stating order received with a tracking link. Norton blocked access to the website as a potentially fraudulent site. Somehow, Stablela processed and shipped an order that we did not authorize. We are looking into options to return/request refund but it doesn't look promising. Their return / refund / cancellation policy is very limiting and extremely sketchy.

Omg!!! This has to be a huge scam ring. I have never ever ordered anything that was as junky as this!! Please please don’t lose your money. Complete and total scam and junk. You order from them and then they drop ship from somewhere in China. Plastic junk that doesn’t fit and looks absolutely not like the pictures. I ordered for my 16 year old daughter for Christmas. I just lost that money because I would never wrap that junk as a gift.

What made my experience great was getting another steering wheel shipped to us after our first one was missing or non delivered.
What the company is doing well is taking care of our issues by re shipping the product and offering a discount for the inconveniences.
One thing Stablela can do better is communicating more efficiently.

Ordered seat covers, they didn't fit, requested full refund, kept looking for the return label, never received it, but I did get an email saying:
"Please note that the return label previously sent to you is no longer valid. Two days ago was the last day to send the item using that label, and therefore you did not ship the package on time.
We are forced to decline your refund request."
These people are scammers, they send out crap and they don't look anything like their pictures.

They do not have custom covers for your vehicle. They have a few and will send you what is close. I ordered for a RAM 2500 and they did not fit. I asked for installation instructions in case i was doing something wrong but they still didn't fit. I sent pictures of how they didn't fit and they just said i missed my return option by a couple days and was stuck with them. I can't resell them because i don't know what vehicle, if any, they would fit. They do not look like the pictures.

Scammers need to be prosecuted.
A piece of trash of name Lucia admitted this criminal business scams people and they can not manufacture Chinese made garbage seat covers to fit properly in any brand. They mislead people on the step by step car make model and year to send generic seats. Worst is they don't accommodate for cars that have arm rests.
You need to file a complaint with federal trade regulators and file a criminal complaint with the FBI and Interpol on the UK. I am glad to start a class action lawsuit too. There is also a law firm in London that can get involved. If use Capital One credit card file a lawsuit against them too and report to Federal Government. They are corrupted too and should be suited.
I have all emails where Lucia and Customer Service admitted to be guilty of fraud.

Terrible, dishonest, sleazy company.

They sell cheap, Chinese made garbage that isn't even fit for a rusted out '91 Nissan Altima.
All of the phpotos on their site are fake.
They do NOT custom make seat covers for your car. These are bottom-of-the-barrell 'universal' seat covers like you find for $20 on Amazon.
You will NOT receiving anything even close to their fraudulent photos.
The seat covers are paper thin, poorly made and the stitching looks like a 5 year old did it. And since they come from China, that's not unlikely.
AVOID AVOID AVOID!
Their 'customer service' will string you along for weeks hoping you'll give up.
After avoiding you for 14 days they'll then claim they can't do anything because the refund period ran out.
