Terrible company
Terrible company. Do not purchase from them. I had one cover that fit well, I can't use the other 3. They will not send me a return label, even though I have sent them multiple pictures and emails. Slow communication from them.

Very poor quality and will not fit as ordered.
Don’t want to replace or refund. Be very ware of this company. It’s is made in China, but they don’t specify when you order. Total garbage don’t buy. They respond with same statement to every one. They should be investigated and the business should be closed. Just look at their reviews and you can see the pattern they are scamming the buyer. I wish I had read those reviews. My mistake that I have not read those reviews. Learn by mistakes and paid for it.

Disreputable company does not meet their word
I did not like the covers and when I tried to return them I given the same gaslighting and run around that everyone else on this site reviewing them. They email you and act like they will help you and then they never help. I would absolutely not buy from this company again.

Many obstacles set up to prevent returning the product. Multiple attempts to request a return. Slow walk on communication through multiple people to return. Then the fine print on limited windows to send back. Not a reputable company. Purchase at your financial peril. …. After posting this, an immediate reply from Stabela on this site with apologies abound. Don’t fall for the trap. The worst customer experience in my lifetime.

DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY...
If you read all these reviews, Stablela replies asking us to contact them directly using the email addresses and chat capability on their website. However, they do not respond to you promptly, and at least in my experience, they sent the
standard" reply that they would get back to me soon, but stopped the communication after that. They do not refund for faulty car seats. So, please do not trust this company or purchase any car seats from them. They are a very unreliable company.
Also, this company deletes all the negative comments on their Facebook page and perhaps has posted fake comments as customer reviews on their own website. You are allowed to add comments directly on their website. So, do not trust any of those customer reviews on their website.

Satisfaction Guaranteed unless you ask for a refund
I ordered seat covers excited about refreshing my truck. They arrived and did not fit. They did not cover the full seat and the color was way different than the picture. All of the pictures look like if you install them they are factory seats. This is not the case. I contacted them. Like most of the others reviewing, I had a few emails back and forth but when they requested photos, the correspondence stopped. I will be contacting my credit card company to find my options. All I want is a refund for something that was misrepresented and did not fit.

Horrible horrible costumer service, product was nothing as they represented. And they weren't even close to fitting my seats,
Supposedly they have a 14 day 100% return policy?? But reached out for 4 days now and ZERO response, such poor representation from them, now tic toc , 14 days will come and go and they will say oh sorry, you missed your return window, no phone number no other way to get ahold of anyone but an email that doesn't get returned, DO NOT buy from this company

BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE
I bought a seat covers for my 2019 Jeep Cherokee Latitude and have been in email limbo trying to get it returned. The seat covers are too tight to fit over my car seats. The website only offers an obscure email to address any problem without any contact phone number so you have to hope and wait for someone to get back to you. Its been over a week and I still have zero resolution to this problem. A company that is unable to accurately address customer problems is not one I will patronize. At the rate its going it looks like I will be out nearly $400

Extremely misleading and untruthful product description - NO customer service at all.
I ordered a full set (front and rear) of top of their line CUSTOM car seat covers and exactly specified my car model on my order. I ordered "Comfort Genuine Leather". Delivery took 3 weeks and what I received were universal non-leather seat covers which look completely different (different design, wrong color and cheap stitching) from the pictures posted on their online catalogue. I sent multiple emails with a return request for refund, but have NOT gotten ANY reply.

Incompetent service and horrible to deal with
We ordered car seat covers for our 2025 Pacifica van. Their ad said three rows. They only sent two rows and said the third cost more. But the biggest problem was that they sent the wrong car seat covers for the second row of two Captain's chairs. Their seat covers did not come with any arm rest openings in them at all and they were the wrong size. The seats have arm rests on both sides of each chair. You can only email them as they do not have a phone number. After multiple emails and sending of three sets of pictures, they said our picture show that there's openings for the arms of the Captain's chairs. No, there's not. So basically they called us liars even though we sent pictures showing them there were no arm holes in the second row of chair covers. They refused to do anything further. Do not work with them. They do not know what they are doing and their customer service takes days and days to give back to you. And then when they do, they do nothing except accuse you of lying.

Seat covers do not even fit my…
Seat covers do not even fit my vehicles seats. The zippers broke when it was zipped up and was trying to adjust the covers to get them to fit the seats. All in all not a good experience with these seat covers. Would never suggest to anyone to buy these covers.

Absolutely awful. NOT custom fit to the car like they advertise, and so poorly made. Not to mention how long they took to deliver. Trying to see if they even fit my seats and the zippers and elastic BROKE. 0/10 quality for the money I spent, I'm so disappointed.

Cheap and funky looking
These are cheap plethor even though they advertise them as leather. They take too long to arrive. Absolutely a ripoff!! They look crappy when installed. Save your money on this hack of a company!! Lesson learned!

Falsey advertised materials and fitment.
My seat covers were not constructed of the materials described in the ad. They were cheap vinyl and not leather. The were not fitted to my seat shape but rather universal slip on. I have requested a refund from the company several times without response.

I ordered seat covers on August 16
I ordered seat covers on August 16, 2025. As of today, September 3, no update on delivery. Repeated request to customer service result in automated email reply, but never a reason for delay or expected delivery.
I requested refund but that is not being addressed by Stablela, customer service is non existent!
Request for refund has NOT been processed and no delivery date provided.
Would not recommend nor will I purchase from Stablela in the future. Poor customer service is primary reason.

Ordered seat covers for front and back for my 2010 Dodge nitro, package was missing attachment rings and seat covers did not tighten because of it,I tightened to the frame as best I could, so i Emailed stabelea about half dozen times for a refund, they don't have a contact number for a live person, I have not been contacted about this problem yet, will never order nothing else from them!!!
