Mat stitch pattern does not match

Product quality is satisfactory. However, the stitch patterns on my front floor mats did not match. I notified customer service and they stopped responding once I sent them photos showing the pattern did not match. Furthermore, there is a permanent crease in the drivers side mat on the right side wall from shipping. This causes the mat to constantly rub against my leg as it is on the side of the gas pedal. I’ve tried to flatten it, reverse it, and iron it out and have had no luck. It’s really annoying.

Poorly Made with Shady Customer Service and Returns Policy

The seat covers were poorly made, did not fit properly, and weren’t even completely sewn, with raw edges on the side panels.

When I tried to return them, I was run around for six days, where the customer service representative refused to send me a return label. I gave up and had to open a charge dispute.

SCAM

After ordering, their customer support email (only way to communicate with them) verified that their products WERE NOT LEATHER AS ADVERTISED. They are vinyl. I emailed back immediately (they took 4 days to respond to my question about leather) to CANCEL MY ORDER. At that point they blocked my emails and I got 6 returned back to me as 'spam'. each email I sent was to cancel my order. Several weeks later they sent me an email (the address they had blocked) saying that they were ready to ship my order. I sent another email to their info email address telling them NOT to ship and that I had canceled several weeks before. My email was returned as 'spam'. I had contacted my credit card company with this info and have sent one more email to stablela saying I would not accept the delivery. NOTE: ALL OF THE REPLIES TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS OF THIS COMPANY GET THE SAME 'PRE-PACKAGED' REPLY FROM THE SELLER. BEWARE. THIS IS THE SAME 'CUSTOMER SERVICE' YOU WILL GET IF YOU DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY WHICH IS NONE. SCAMMERS. MORE NEGATIVE THAN POSITIVE REVIEWS.

Worst company ever

This has been the worst return experience ever.They ignored me for almost a month when I asked for a return label to return their car seats that are poor quality. Worst of all, they made me take it out of the package. Take photos, I sent them. They waited a week to respond to the email. And then they made me take photos at the Post Office of me, handing them to the postmaster, then they made me take photos of the receipt, showing I'm returning them. It was a whole process that took over a month.It took them 3 weeks just to send me a return label and they rarely answer your emails and there is no 800 customer service phone number under Google.They lied and said this was easy return when I ordered and it was the worst longest process to return them.Once returned , they they?
Took weeks so far and still have not given me a refund $200 worth of seat covers and I never even opened them sent them directly back. Once they finally gave me a label and jumped through all of their hoops and they do not want to give me a refund. I had to file a dispute with my credit card. After weeks ago returning the item and still no refund the worst company ever

Coloring is waaay off

Coloring is waaay off. If you offer a burgundy and a red then I expect burgundy to not be freaking red as can be. Each new person I contact there acts like it’s a brand new conversation.

Would rate a 0 if it would let you. Took long time to receive them and them open them to find that they are total junk I wouldn’t buy anything from them again lesson learned. They don’t fit right , they don’t have good way to attach to the seat and they are made from very cheap material. So disappointed in the covers what a waste of money

Terrible Fit & Design

Poor fit & terrible design to secure the seat cover. Dis not come with installation instructions, had to email customer service. Waste of money, will not buy from again.

Absolute worst product ever not only did it not fit. They didn’t give me the proper hardware the strap ripped absolute garbage and then they ripped me off on a return which they said was gonna take a long time and then 14 days later they voided my return, absolute crap would never ever Spend a penny there don’t waste your money

Don't believe Stabela's descriptions

First of all, the seat covers are nice and easy to install. The issue we had was that headrest covers for the front seat were not the right covers, and did not fit...at all. We contacted Stabela in a reasonable time to ask if they had headrest covers to fit our vehicle. They responded you're past the deadline to get a refund. We responded, we didn't ask for a refund, what we are asking for is what we purchased because part of what you sent does not fit our vehicle. We sent pictures of our front seat headrest along with pictures of the covers they sent....obvious mismatch. Stabela says we should have sent better measurements. For our vehicle, it was model 1 or model 2....no other choice, no way to include measurements. We assumed, Stabela had the measurments for our vehicle and would send the correct covers. That didn't happen and they literally blamed us for not sending the right measurements. We did send the measurements after the delivery, but the kept saying no refunds, and we kept saying not asking for 1, just give us what we ordered, and if you don't have it, just say so. We ended up buying separate headrest covers from another vendor. Will never buy from Stabela again. Their product descriptions are not accurate and they refuse to take ownership of that. The right thing to do would have been to say, We're sorry, there was obviously a misunderstanding on our side with our measurements for the model of your vehicle. Unfortunately we don't have the the headrest cover to fit your vehicle. But that's not what happened. POOR customer service!

AFTER STABELA RESPONSE: This is exactly what I'm talking about when it comes to POOR customer service. Look at all the negative reviews...they all have the exact same response. A personal response responding directly to me would be better customer service. It's hard to believe the sorry part when you say it to everyone the exact same way. DON"T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They really don't care about you, nor the product they sell to you.

1 Star – Buyer Beware: Dishonest Practices and Terrible Customer Service

I ordered car seat covers from Stablela, and the experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The product I received looked nothing like the photos on their website and did not fit my vehicle as promised. The quality was poor, and the sizing was completely off despite being advertised as “universal.”

When I reached out to customer service for a refund, they initially offered me only 25% back—for a completely unusable product! After back-and-forth emails and providing detailed photos, receipts, and packaging evidence, they finally sent a return label on a Saturday. By the time I tried to use it just two business days later, they claimed the label was no longer valid.

This is clearly a stalling tactic, and it’s unacceptable. They are making the refund process intentionally difficult, hoping customers will give up. I’ve now reported them to Apple Card, Venmo, and PayPal for their shady practices and will continue to escalate as needed.

If you’re considering ordering from Stablela, don’t. They use misleading photos, offer partial refunds instead of standing by their return policy, and seem to be doing everything possible to avoid taking responsibility for bad products. I do not recommend them, and I won’t be purchasing anything from them again. Think STAB in Stablela, because they’ll stab you in the back!

Lieferten letztes Jahr angebliche 3D-Matten, die sich nicht passend für mein Auto herausstellten und ganz normale 08/15-Automatten waren. Um Rücksendeetikett habe ich gebeten, seither nur Ärger mit denen und sie drohen mir. Total unseriösen Shop. FINGER WEG!

It takes a lot to get me to write a review. When you purchase something for $250 you want it to fit or at least be returnable. The customer service is ridiculous here. Don’t risk your money with a company that will not take returns despite what they advertise.

WARNING – Do Not Buy from Stablela

had a terrible experience with Stablela and want to warn others. I ordered a seat cube and followed all their instructions — I sent multiple photos and exact measurements as requested. Despite that, they sent me a product that doesn’t fit at all. It’s completely useless.

When I contacted them to resolve the issue, they refused to offer a refund or any real help. The customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. It feels like they just wanted my money and had no interest in making things right.

This company does not stand by its products. I feel ripped off, and based on my experience, I strongly recommend staying far away from Stablela. Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere.
