We used Stace Roofing to replace an old flat roof to an extension on our house. We realised right from Greg’s first visit that the company knew their stuff & we decided to go for a warm rubber roof. Tom & Callum arrived in -2 temperature & worked none stop throughout. When the job was finished on the second day there was no mess left at all. The scaffolding had been requested to be taken down the next day. The roof is great with new guttering & downpipe & there has been a marked difference in the the temperature in the rooms under the new roof. We can certainly recommend Stace Roofing to do a sterling job.

I left a message and was contacted within 2-3 hours. I explained the problem and was given a date for a visit which I felt was good. Obviously my concern was met with understanding and professionalism.

I e-mailed Stace Roofing at around 9:30 pm on Saturday 20th November, received a quick auto-reply which stated that I would be contacted by phone as soon as possible which happened at around 11:00 today, Monday 22nd.

A very efficient response service to my enquiry via the website which was quickly followed up by a phne call to outline my roof problem and then arrangements made for a more detailed survey.

I found all Stace Roofing employees from the Managing Director downwards without exception, extremely polite and helpful. They were never too busy to help or advise and would always return my call if necessary.

The standard of work was excellent, and the employees on site were friendly, helpful and polite. The work was completed when Stace said it would be despite having to deal with a problem which was not of Stace Roofing or my making.

I have no hesitation in recommending them as an excellent roofing company.

A recent storm had caused much damage to an elderly section of my cottage roof. Taking advantage of the 'Which' trusted trader I contacted 'Stace Roofing' for help. That very day of my phone call, Greg Stace came to the property to assess the damage. He showed me pictures of the roof and stacked up all the fallen tiles. The quote was emailed and I was aware what work needed to be done. Within a week of accepting the quote, work commenced. The team replacing the roof were lovely, did a great job and cleaned up very well. They kept me informed at all times of any problems they encountered.

Stace Roofing came up with a swish solution for our roof verges and installed it very professionally - thank you.

We had a roof survey conducted by Stace Roofing and thyy were very proffessional giving a very detailed report with excellent photographic effidence.

We also received a quotation for additional work to be completed to the roofs which again were clear and detailed

Good communication, friendly and polite staff and job done as per agreed specification, leaving site tidy and clean. Would use this company again.

Excellent response to a time-bound request. Some minor RAMS details were amended as requested but in summary a satisfactory successful outcome. Guys were great personable and competent.
4 stars not 5 due to issues with payment terms which was difficult to overcome in a large organisation..
