Great service and and very fine audio accessories.

Recommended!

Fast delivery within the EU and good customer service. I also received a generous rebate after an item was missing in the original delivery. The missing item arrived at my door only a few days after the original package thanks to the expedient handling of my complaint.

Reasonably priced products that make a significant difference to sound quality

First the product is all it is claimed to be, and easy to install (I purchased these for my speakers, my sub-woofer and my two turntables). The sound improvement which is why I purchased these in the first place delivered just what I was looking for -- a way to create a more synergistic resolution of the bottom end from the sub to my two main speakers. I'm in a loft area with wooden floors so the bass was boomy rather than tight which made it seem, rather slow and there was an issue with (Pre-Stack) Sound Stage depth. All this is now corrected. Also the customer service was great.

Absolutely 💯 help and support. Products are brilliant along with first class post and packaging 📦. I would recommend this company to anyone looking for first class service and products. They are the best around imo exellent and 5 ☆☆☆☆☆ any day of the week.

Really works qnd great results

Ik kocht 3 stuks Stack Audio Auva EQ's voor onder de cd speler, daar leek het iets te doen, maar te weinig om daar 100% zeker van te zijn. Later onder een Bluesound Node en onder een Eversolo A6 me. Weer later onder versterkers.... geen verbetering te noteren. Niet voor mij.

I have ordered a number of Stack Audio AUVA isolation devices, and I can whole heartedly recommend them. Josh was very helpful in facilitating my orders and answering my questions too.

Both AUVA100 and EQ are incredibly effective in my system, and I just ordered another set of CSA1 for future use (don’t need them now).

Although with initial problems with the delivery company, the staff accompanied me with news updates, and a solution.
I'm thankful for the personal care and attention.

Great customer service. I have purchased AUVA 50´s for my speakers and EQ´s for amp and streamer. All made a big sound improvement. The SmoothLan also is worth the money. Just received the SmoothLAN Regenerator a month ago, and also this is fantastic in my system, it reveals so many more details and makes music more open and organic. And Josh at Stack is always quick to response if a question arises.

I bought the serene mat after reading the positive reviews. The sound is OK but I didn’t experience the major improvement that was promised. On top of that the spinde hole is off centre. Quite disappointing for a 90 euro mat. Josh offered me to send a replacement mat three weeks ago, didn’t receive anything yet and nor does he respond to emails

I phoned Stack Audio to ask when I could expect my delivery of Auva 50s. The delivery was sorted for next day and received on time. I bought the Auva 50s after reading and watching reviews on YouTube. I have a pair of Neat Iota Alpha speakers using them on a suspended wooden floor. I was getting a lot of vibration though the floor with spikes fitted to the speakers. When I fitted the Auva 50s the vibration was drastically reduced and the base became a lot tighter and more musical. The overall sound of the speakers became clearer. I think they are quite expensive, but do make a difference, so I would definitely recommend them.

Excellent company to deal with and they are making some very impressive products for isolation. We are using the AUVA 100’s on our loudspeakers and the EQ’s on some of the electronics. Highly recommended products and they offer a money back guarantee if not satisfied so you can’t go wrong.
