Purchased the serene mat, item was shipped quickly and was by far the best mat have used in my Rega.

Their products have far exceeded my expectations. I have now equipments isolators and Auvas, as well as a lan isolator. All top.

I'm a fan of Stack Audio products, have 3 sets of EVO equipment isolation pucks, Auva 100 speaker isolation feet, and a Serene Stabilizer . They are all effective in their intended purposes. Highly recommend

Given that Stack Audio offer a 60 day, money back guarantee I indulged in a set of AUVA 100 isolators. Well 60 days have passed and they are still securely attached to my speakers. The only downside is that I now spend more time listening to music.

Excellent product that made a real impact on my system. Only negative is having to pay customs fee not disclosed. Also as a result there was a considerable delay in receiving the order. All in all would consider purchasing Stack Audio products again. It would be great if they had a U.S. distributor.

Everything is said in the other reviews. More micro-dynamics, more calmness, more impact, more holography. I also thought my system was already good... until I added the Auva EQ. The music takes on an unparalleled depth, something I had never experienced before. For once, the reviews on YouTube aren't exaggerating.

Think your system sounds good? Yes, well it might well do; indeed I thought mine sounded pretty good, but adding the Stack Audio Serene turntable mat and stabiliser improved it in every respect. All of those familiar hi-fi descriptors – depth, height, width, definition, musicality, and even the rather hackneyed ‘inky blackness’, were all improved by an instantly noticeable degree. Try one, you won’t be disappointed.

I have been utilizing AUVA(s) and AUVA EQ's for all my gear for quite some time. As I acquire new gear, additional Stack Audio's isolation products are integral and automatic as part of my system because of their proven abilities.

You get the opportunity to try for a month or now two months both the serene Matt and the puck. They do make a difference and reveal more detail - I guess by removing micro vibrations and allowing the stylus to read the tracks more accurately - not rocket science just common sense.

For under $300. There is nothing better for digital!

Once tried under your equipment you will not want to remove them the difference it made to my pre/power and cd was night and day great value for money

I bought Stack Audio's SmoothLAN Network filter, hoping to improve the sound quality of my HiFi system - because it has such good reviews and I'v found that every little tweak can help.
Sadly, almost certainly due to the extensive noise-reduction measures I already have in place (new mains circuits, QSA mains fuses and sockets, CAD Control GC3, Audioquest Niagara 7000 power conditioner and Audioquest Hurricane cables throughout) it didn't offer a big enough change - even though it is a very cheap upgrade at £240.
Regrettably, I was very tardy in asking for a refund on the purchase (my bad) but I was told that wasn't a problem at all. I returned the device in pristine condition and got my refund very quickly.

This is excellent customer service (something I am passionate about praising when I find it) so I can't recommend Stack Audio highly enough.

You will probably find the product works well for you and with such a risk-free buying policy, you would be mad not to try it.

I needed a replacement set of spikes for my Auva 100s and contacted the company with a request for them.

The spikes were sent out without delay and without any fuss, however, these were lost in transit, necessitating me to contact them again. I used the live chat option expecting the usual useless bot responses that most, if not all, companies employ. Not Stack Audio. The live chat is conducted with an actual human being who actually cares! By the end of the chat, replacements had been resent and tracking information provided.

Given the quality and performance of Stack Audio products (from my experience, it's warranted to believe the online reviews), the company could possibly not not prioritise customer service, for the products sell themselves. Fear not, everything about this company and its products are first class. Well done Stack Audio!
