First time using stage stubs and it was so easy . Easy to navigate and set up , support when needed , queries were answered promptly , overall an excellent experience and will definitely use again

Totally agree with the Dance School booking of Nov.12th. Also applied for seats, several times & in different places, each time told not available. Thought maybe only certain seats available for senio... もっず芋る

We had a technical glitch on the release date of our tickets, but Stage Stubs dealt with it quickly and efficiently. I cannot recommend enough, their customer service is impeccable and the platform is... もっず芋る

Website continually crashed when trying to buy tickets. Error code 504 occurred repeatedly after putting seats into basket. Website would not allow me to proceed to checkout. Eventually managed to ge... もっず芋る

Having looked into your experience, we can see that at the time you were purchasing your ticket, the event had over 800 people in the queue simultaneously, which is likely why the process felt slower than usual.

Dance show tickets

Booked two sets of tickets for 2pm and 6pm show. Downloaded tickets to find out all tickets say 2pm. Stage stubs customer service is beyond shocking and did not help or rectify this.

Bottom line my daughter misses out on her annual show because of an error on their part!

Avoid!!!!!

The Tinkerball

I took my granddaughter today with my daughter in law to York to the show. What an absolutely fantastic afternoon from start to finish . The Princesses were amazing and as for the Grinch he was hysterical . As for Santa he was the best Santa I have ever taken the kids to see. He engaged with every child he was wonderful . To the management company you have put on an amazing show so thank you. The 5 star review was well deserved.
