Karen was so easy to deal with from Start to finish
The 2 fitters were very friendly and extremely professional
They travelled to Laois to fit and had it completed in 1 day.
Absolutely delighted with the finish product

Really with happy with the final result, everything was done in a day, after the job was done the sir cleaned it and it was really nice of him.

Great service from start to finish - Karen talked me through the process, Enda came out to measure up and give me my options and James came to fit the units. They fit my job in within a week.

Excellent communication from start to finish. The guys were great and very polite, and they did a great job. Highly recommended.

Unfortunately, our experience hasn’t been great. The under-stairs unit was left with messy and uneven finishes, and the inside wasn’t completed properly. There’s visible filler left around the staircase that hasn’t been cleaned up, and the wrong skirting was put back on — we now need to repaint walls and skirting ourselves.

No vacuum was brought to clean up after the job, and all the rubble was left in a pile outside our front door for us to deal with.

We’ve been told for over two months that someone would return to fix the issues, but we’re still waiting. Disappointing overall, especially after being hopeful at the start.

We have two adult boys and a teenager, two who play alot of sport before we got the under stair storage there was bags jackets , footballs every where . Now after getting the 6 draw storage and a place for coats , the place looks so tidy and we can find every thing and it also adds to the look of the house. The Team at Stair Tidy were fantastic they came and were gone in a day .
The lads were competent professional and left the place spotless after them . The job was also very good value for money .
I would have no hesitation in recommending this company .

The entire experience from initial contact to installation was good. Communication was clear.
Only small minor thing was the mess left outside with the remains, mainly all the sawdust etc that's all over the place outside now.

Great company. We had our understairs storage drawers made and put in today . Delighted with them they look great .The whole team were so lovely to deal with . They are professional tidy efficient and clean .Highly recommend.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with StairTidy. The consultation was clear and helpful, the installer did a great job, and the pricing and payment process were straightforward and transparent. The quality of the work was very good.

There was a small issue with the alignment of the doors after installation. I reached out via email and received a prompt response assuring me that someone would return to address the issue. I’m still waiting on that follow-up visit, but I’m confident they’ll come back and sort it out, as promised. It’s a minor issue, and I appreciate the communication so far.

Once that final bit is resolved, it’ll definitely be a 5-star service. For now, I’m giving 4 stars, with full confidence it’ll soon be 5.

**Update**
Stairtidy returned and resolved the outstanding issue and I have had no issues since. I will be purchasing a second unit for a family member shortly. Updated to 5 stars.

Highly recommend stairtidy. I had a few quotes for this job and stairtidy were the best value. The team here are very friendly and quick to respond to any queries. Karen in the office was great and always available on WhatsApp if I had any questions. Stephen who carried out the work is a lovely guy, very friendly and showed up on time. He was extremely neat and had the job done in a few hours. Delighted with the end result! Thank you!

Got in contact with Stair tidy for a quote for my under stair storage. Karen got back in contact with me she was very helpful and responsive and got Enda to call and measure up for a quote the next evening. Work was carried out the following week. Enda arrived on time, lovely guy and done a fantastic job. Would highly recommend this company 💯

Got the unit installed last week. Enda was great and got the job done very quickly. The team has great availability as was able to get my unit installed a week following my first email. They are v responsive. Love the storage. Also price was great! Thanks a million!

Rang stair tidy last month to see if my under the stairs suitable for a stair tidy as i have an under the stairs bathroom
Initially sent photo on the area and it was followed up with a phone call from Karen to arrange a visit from Edna to check it was doable
My holidays got in the way but on return paid my deposit
Edna arrived on time and installation done Am delighted with their service and quality of workmanship

I went to the stairtidy as they were offering the competitive price options and were good at the communication. They delivered as promised but the product quality is questionable and the finish was not great. One of the cabinet doors are different in color and when my partner questioned about it the installation guy asked to paint it! If was supposed to be a glossy or mat finished drawer, rather ended up having a cheap look finish. Not very happy about the outcome.

My wife and I recently had the storage under the stairs completed by Enda and the team at Stairtidy.ie and I have to say we are absolutely delighted with the final result. We had 6 drawers, a storage locker and a new cloakroom installed. Enda is a fantastic craftsman and treated the work like he was doing it in his own home. A top quality peice of work and finish, which has made incredible use of a previously redundant space. I would highly recommend Enda and the team at stairtidy.ie. Keep up the good work gentlemen!

Karen in the office is very kind and fast to get back to you. Everything clear. Enda and his son made an amazing job. Mine wasn't easy as there was some technical difficulties but Enda made it possible.
It looks so nice and gives a lot of extra storage.
