Having used this florist before and also have received bouquets as gifts myself from this store I had the utmost confidence in ordering a bouquet for my friends special birthday.
I had sent flowers from this same florist to her previously.
It was a special surprise so when I had not heard anything by ten to 6 on the evening they were meant to be delivered I had to contact my friend. Sadly the bouquet had not been delivered and she also had not received a call from the florist. I contacted florist to be told they had delivered flowers to address I had given . They also tried calling her but had got no response. She had no missed call from anyone that day . I found the employee aggressive on the phone telling me they had delivered them and left in a safe place as no one was home , no matter how I tried to say that they were not delivered all i was getting was that they were delivered to address I had given . At 6.20 I got a WhatsApp of the order docket which had the wrong address taken down . Then at 6.35 I received a WhatsApp of the delivery docket which had a completely different incorrect address to the order with an eircode which I had not provided.
The reason for my review was the poor customer service the attitude of the employee on hearing that my bouquet was not delivered. Being made to feel it was my fault.
It was 8.30 before I got an apology over two and a half hours after I had contacted them . It took the whole element of surprise out of what should have been a beautiful experience

This order was one of several I have made over a period of time. Each time the quality and standard of service has been excellent. They are my go to florist as I can trust the quality of the bouquet and the delivery service. Thank you

Dear Lamber De Bie Owner,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with a recent experience I had at Lamber de Bie Flowers on March 29, 2025. As a long-time customer who has always appreciated the quality of your service, I was disappointed by the extremely rude behavior of one of your employees, Mashi.
During my visit between approximately 7:50 and 8:00 PM, I inquired about the price of certain roses and asked if they had them in a brighter red color to match a bouquet I already had, as I was unaware that your store was still open this evening. Unfortunately, Mashi responded in an unprofessional manner that was both dismissive and alarming. Witnesses present can attest to her hysterical behavior as she tossed flowers around, making my experience uncomfortable and disheartening.
While I understand that everyone can have challenging days, I believe that customer service should always be a top priority, especially for regular customers like myself. Anyway I purchased the Roses and I initially intended to purchase few more luxury flowers, but Mashi's demeanor led me to reconsider my decision and ultimately left me feeling unwelcome.
This experience has prompted me to leave my first negative review, as I feel it is crucial to bring this matter to your attention. My husband and friends have been loyal customers, and it’s disheartening to think that we may need to seek alternatives unless this issue is addressed. I believe an apology from Mashi would be appropriate and could help restore my confidence in your store, ensuring that other loyal customers do not have similar unpleasant experiences.

P.S.I noticed I am unable to reply to your response to my review. I was disappointed to read your account of my visit, as it does not align with my experience.
I would be grateful if you would consider reviewing your security camera footage from 29/03/25 7.50-8pm.
To clarify, I did not ask Masshi to arrange or rearrange my existing bouquet. I simply asked if it would be alright to bring it into the shop while I selected additional flowers to complement its colors. Mashy's response was dismissive ("she doesn't care"), and her subsequent behavior was unexpectedly rude and unprofessional, which was witnessed by others.
I am disappointed by the discrepancies between my experience and the account in your reply. Despite this interaction, I proceeded with my purchase and remained patient and polite.
While I appreciate your lovely shop and the friendliness of other staff members, I am concerned that such negative experiences could deter customers. I hope you will take my feedback seriously and review the situation.

I was kept informed of dispatch, and when I was wondering if they'd arrived as heard nothing from recipient, the shop were wonderful and followed up with confirmation of delivery. Fantastic service 👏

Gorgeous flowers. I ordered flowers to send to my sister after getting engaged and she was delighted with them. They were delivered the next day, a great selection and very fresh. Would definitely order from them again.

Hanging it on our front door instantly brought a warm and welcoming feel to our home. Every time we passed by, we couldn’t help but admire its charm and enjoy its lovely Christmas scent.

I asked if it should have a hook ( door wreaths usually do) I was told to hang it with ribbon . If my husband wasn't so good with knots I doubt I would have managed to hang it by myself.
