The book stamp itself is really lovely. I had it in a beautiful box. The only thing that could improve the stamp itself is if it had longer reach. As it is, the only place that works, is to stamp along the bottom of a page. The reason for my 4 star is mainly due to the time it took to arrive. It was late for my friends 60th Birthday, even though it had said it would arrive on time.

Got my partner's custom book label done, not just generic wording. She loved the surprise, and I thought the press quality was fantastic; it feels very solid!

Purchased an embosser and stamp for my partner, she loves it! A must have for book lovers.

Ordered on the 30th of August and parcel says delivered on the 12th September …package arrived empty contacted stamped pages via email numerous times over with them stating i would be contacted back within 24hours but no correspondence back from them. Very disappointed and dissatisfied.
Customer service is zero!!!

Order was damaged in shipping or around customs. Never arrived and parcel seems lost somewhere as per tracking. S P isn’t responding to my refund request despite 5 emails. Do not trust

I ordered on August 2nd, paid for rushed shipping. Was expecting the embosser to arrive by the 9th. The 9th came and went, I immediately messaged them several times inquiring about my rushed shipping that I paid for. I got a huge run-around about that since I was emailing them off of a different email and not the one I used at check out. Once I started emailing them off of my email I used at checkout, they ignored me. Until today when I messaged them again but this time stating that I STILL haven’t received my package, and that for the last few days it showed “out for delivery”. Odd right? But oh they’ll “make it priority” to figure out what’s wrong with it. Then conveniently at almost 1am I get an email that my package was delivered. Check out side, no packaged. I go to the “AfterShip” page, it says it was delivered on the 17th! Then I go and check my order on Stamped Pages, it says it was delivered on the 16th! I contacted them and they basically told me to figure it out with the carrier. Do yourselves a favor and order on Etsy like I should’ve!

The process was smooth and easy from start to finish.

A brilliant product. Beautiful design and the person who received it, loves it completely.
Would have liked a few update emails like I had selected as I only got 2 emails including confirmation.

I loved being able to add our logo to the design! The metal feels sturdy and the embossing is crisp. Love the little box to keep it tidy for on the go!

Press looks to be good quality, shipping took longer than expected though.

I love the ability to custom design my own stamp. The process is fun and easy. The webiste is fun to use and the quality of the finished stamp is excellent! Time from order to delivery is reasonable. I highly recommend this company and their products!
