Paid 30 dollars for “VIP” shipping to receive within 3-7 working days. It was delivered outside of that window and they refused to give me my 30 dollars back.

However, I acknowledge we could have communicated more clearly that the 3-7 day window applies to shipping time only, not the entire custom production process, order processing, and customer confirmation period.

Upsetting experience

My experience with Stamprints is very upsetting! My order was unsuccessfully delivered on 13 Nov. I saw the notice on 19 Nov and contacted Stamprints. I was told that it was taking longer time to be delivered so I waited till 5 Dec, only to be told to contact the delivery provider they provided. I contacted the delivery provider and was told that my items had been disposed as they did not receive any update from the sender after the unsuccessful delivery attempt. Apparently they only keep the items for 10days after unsuccessful delivery and I did not even know the reason for unsuccessful delivery. I noticed very late that my unit number was incorrect.
However, I was misinformed by Stamprints in the first place! My order amount is not small and I requested for refund if they can’t re-deliver my order which until now was not processed.
I received another email from Stamprints today to arrange for re-delivery. I thought they resend my items but no! I was given the same update that my items had been disposed! What kind of service is this!!

I sincerely apologize for the confusion and frustration you've experienced with your order. I understand this has been a disappointing experience, and I want to address each point of your concern:

The initial delivery attempt on November 13th was unsuccessful due to an incorrect unit number in the shipping address.
Upon investigation, we learned that our delivery provider's policy requires them to dispose of unclaimed packages after a 10-day holding period. I apologize that we weren't able to provide accurate information about this policy when you first contacted us on November 19th, as terminal logistics policies require direct communication between customers and the delivery provider.
We acknowledge that we should have provided better guidance about the need for customers to contact the delivery provider directly for redelivery arrangements.
To resolve this situation, we can resend your order with the corrected address. Please note that additional shipping costs will apply for this service.

We are reviewing our communication procedures to ensure better guidance for similar situations in the future.

Customer service abysmal, arrogance assured.

They are really proud of their stuff but their customer service skills are abysmal. If they have an option to force a sale, or ignore your ask, that is what they will do. Rather then cancel a delayed order, delayed 5 days, (I understand it's christmas) they opted to ignore my request and send it anyway. I will not use them again. -- Note to their reply -- Amazon sellers do the same thing, waiting to send an order with a tracking number... I cancel those orders as well after 5 days, and they cancel. May just be me but sitting on an order with a tracking number without sending it FOR DAYS is shady. Rushing to send the order out when I ask to cancel, is not good customer service or focus for anyone I would want to do business with. -- Note -- Too little, too late. When I reached out to at the 5 day mark, you did not reply for 16 hours until the shipping stated had then received the package stating nothing could be done until I received it. I even stated, I understand it's christmas I can look to re-order after the first of the year. My best constructive criticism is you need to communicate at 48 hours if all you have is a tracking number THAT DOESN"T CONFIRM THEY EVEN HAVE THE PACKAGE! I've had other suppliers do this, and it made all the difference.

Terribly quality products and bad customer service

I ordered a custom embosser. Stamprints did not send a proof, and when I got the embosser it was defective — the name was unreadable. After weeks of trying to deal with the customer service and gettin ridiculous suggestions (like they can remake it without a name, which is the entire point of a name embosser) I still haven’t been able to get either a fixed version or a refund. They also were unable to give any info on the limitations of their printer, even though apparently that’s why it was defective?

This company is scammy and has terrible customer service and poor quality products.

Selecting a thicker/bolder font style
Increasing the font size
Reducing the amount of text to allow more spacing between characters
Your refund has been processed and should appear in your account within 3-5 business days.

I'm really happy 😊

I waited the exact 14 business days for my product, just as stated on the website. That's the first star.
The website and webshop was really nice. They had tips and tricks for how to use their product and being creative. That's the second star
When I email them with questions, they answer surprisingly fast. Third star.
I'm so happy with my product. The stamp is so cute, the wax is beautiful quality. Fourth star.
Though, i wish i didn't have to ask for the track and trace number by my self a full week after my purchase. I feel like they should sent that automatically by email, as soon I as ordered. But that's my only complaint 😊
Can definitely recommend 👌 thank you Stamprints 😘

Zu spÀte Lieferung, keine Erstattung

Meine Bestellung kam viel spÀter an, als angegeben.
Als ich eine Email an den Kundensupport schrieb, dass ich die Bestellung nicht mehr möchte, sondern mein Geld zurÃŒck, wÃŒrde dem nicht nachgekommen. Der Wachsstempel ist entweder noch gar nicht los gesendet worden, oder anscheinend unerklÀrlicherweise verloren gegangen. Es wÃŒrde ein neuer Wachsstempel los geschickt und ein 5€ Rabattcode fÃŒr die nÀchste Bestellung als Entschuldigung gewÀhrt. Das ist keine Entschuldigung, sondern so soll ich ja nur nochmal dort bestellen.

I bought an embosser

I bought an embosser. The sample they sent clearly showed it did not emboss fully. I contacted them. They had me send more samples, a video of me stamping, etc. and after all that said they would send out a new one. I got the second/replacement embosser. It doesn't fully emboss either and you can once again tell on the sample they sent. Yet now they want further proof besides their own sample.

Don't ever purchase anything from this


Don't ever purchase anything from this store!!!!! I made the mistake of placing 2 separate orders. I paid over 200.00 for both orders. I followed the parcel on the map until it showed delivered. I was home both times. However, nothing was left at my door. I tried over and over and over again to reach someone at customer service but nobody responded. I lost 500.00. I have never been so angry and frustrated as I am with them. They STOLE MY MONEY!!!!

Don’t buy from them if you are on a timeline

I ordered a custom stamp to use on my wedding invitations. I needed the stamp fairly quick so I could send the invitations out in time so I ordered VIP shipping, thinking the stamp would arrive in 10 days or less
. It took 20 days to get my stamp and by then it was too late. The customer service was not helpful and refused to refund me for the rush shipping I paid for which promised shipping in 4-7 days after production time. If you’re on a timeline, don’t buy from this company.

Horrible

Horrible. Rip offs. Do not use. They acted like they shipped my order. I never received anything. I am guessing they make a fake shipping order. They say it arrived. We were closed the day they claim it was shipped. I even have cameras proving no one showed up that morning. DO NOT USE this company. Waste of my time
