LATER EDIT: I already contacted you and asked for a refund several times but you refused to give me my money back!!!

ITS A SCAM!!!
i never received the order and they refuse to refund my money. They keep telling me to wait to receive my order :))) .... maybe after 2 years will arrive. DONT BUY ANITHING FROM HERE. I opened a bank dispute. i hope i will get my money back. I saw that i can not give them a review on google/fb..... this should have been a BIG red flag from the very beginning. Lesson learned!

Unfortunately, I fell victim to this company. They do not ship, do not update you and when you contact the about your order they lie, lie, lie. My order was help up by customs, then not shipped due to high volumes of orders then again shipped already. When I cancelled my order, they REFUSED and demanded that I accept their shipment (it never arrived). This is a Chinese company of the worst kind, they try to pretend it is located in the UK and use European names and pictures. They are not in the UK and will steal your money. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. I am convinced the 5 star reviews are fake.

I would avoid

I would avoid. It took forever to arrive despite paying £24 for express postage. They said they would refund the postage but after chasing for weeks I have given up. Contacting support is a waste of time. I get the feeling they don't want customers to know it is coming from China and are dishonest about how long it will take.

I am waiting to hear about my order

I am waiting to hear about my order. I emailed support and there has been no reply. I need to know when it will ship. Just having an order number does not suffice. Would not recommend this company as there is no communication.

As I write

As I write, it has been 6+ weeks, and still I have not received my order. I only heard about the prigress of my order when i contacted the company. Miraculously, the following day it shipped (allegedly). The inference is that this is an American or British company, when in fact, it is Chinese. My only hope is that the positive reviews of the quality of the merchandise are real, and not a figment of the company's imagination.

The courier is full of lies

The courier is full of lies. It will not be delivered for almost a week. I call and ask that it is lost. After a while, it says it will be signed for, and then it says I will give you a refund.

I do not recommend this company.

They are way to slow, 3 weeks later and still no package. They make you think they send from Europe but in fact they just send from China. So really, you could get the same product for 30% of the price if you contact Chinese sellers directly.
But it was my fault for not checking reviews here at first so, if you have time to wait 4+ weeks for an order. This is the company for you.

This is not right

This is not right. Somebody needs to report this company to the business bureau. You guys are taking peoples money and it’s not right. My order has not even shipped yet. It’s ridiculous it’s only paper!!!!

The best store

I've shopped from many brands so far, but Stamprints is definitely the best I've seen. There is a wide variety of products and most importantly, their prices are very affordable compared to the market. Not to mention the quality of the products!! Everything is amazing and extremely high quality. Once the products are shipped, they arrive within 12 days at the latest, wherever you are. This is the best store I can recommend to you! Common sense not so common

Took about 7 weeks to finally come. After me emailing twice for it's whereabouts. The courier company they use sucks with zero communication.
As for the stamp I bought, that is actually decent quality and seems ok. It was the largest size stamp I could order with a wooden handle. I added the option of a stamp pad with my order. The stamp pad was a piddly size about a quarter the size of my stamp so therefore completely useless and a waste of my money. I now have to go to officeworks to get an appropriate sized stamp pad.
You would think if they add the option to buy a stamp pad you would one that matches the size of the custom stamp that you had just purchased.

Import tax, newsletter

I had to pay extra import tax since the package came directly from China.

I received no customer service for a few months until leaving this review. During these months, it was not possible to unsubscribe from their newsletter, but they have now unsubscribed me and offered a discount code.

It seems like their customer support is improving.

Don't order

Don't order. You will waste your money and time. Not received goods. Emailed 4 times...Twice was sent an automated message saying the parcel was in customs. Emailed again a new parcel was sent (apparently). Still nothing. Have Emailed 2x again. No response!!!. Their customer service sucks!! Tried to get a refund...again No response!
This company is a SCAM DO NOT PAY MONEY. YOU WILL NOT GET YOUR GOODS.

Very poor service

Very poor service. I ordered a stamp over 6 weeks ago, and according to my order, it still has not been fulfilled. Customer service and support at Stamprints appear to be canned responses, blaming customs and carriers rather than looking to help with my inquiries. I would strongly advise seeking alternatives rather than using Stamprints

Don’t order !

Impossible to track a simple package and delayed delivery. Had I known I was ordering from a Chinese site I would never have done it.
It’s faster to go to your local shop and buy DIY paper.
