My son wanted a coaching coat, as he is a PE teacher and is outside in the cold a lot, his last coat was tatty and old, so I found Stanno, it was a lot more expensive than is last coat, but I feel it... もっず芋る

I still have not received my order

I still have not received my order, despite paying nearly £10 delivery charge.

Hi! During delivery circumstances the package you ordered returned to our warehouse. We have already made sure that the right package is on its way to your adress. We'd like to apologize for any inconvencience this may have caused.

Dear Neil,

I am very sorry to hear that you have to wait so long for your order. I've checked with my colleagues and your order is also still at our warehouse in the Netherlands.

Due to measures taken by the French government to temporarily close its border with the UK at the end of 2020, our shipping partner has temporarily suspended shipments between the UK and continental Europe until further notice. That is why you still not received your item.

Because of new regulations have to cancel the order and you will be refunded. My colleague will contact you for further information.

Goods not arrived

Goods not arrived. UPS tracking says they’re still waiting for shipment, have had an email suggesting it’s been returned to them by me even though I haven’t had the shipment, and no correspondence despite asking what’s going on.
