I just took advantage of Staple's sale on a ten ream box of paper and it not only arrived in just a few days, the delivery person who delivered it, delivered it with care! (It's heavy!) Great job!

had an online order today and got cancelled. called in to have them reprocess as requested in email. guess what? they are in the philippines! had to be re-routed back to stateside, additional 2 calls and 20 minutes wait. Jessica was unhelpful at best, downright useless. when we asked to speak to her super, she said i am a supervisor. so we asked to speak to her superior, no go there. the end of staples business.

I bought ear candy wireless headphones. The instructions were indecipherable, and they had no charger cord. I got a refund. 2days later I bought Turbotax basic for 39.95. It took me 2hours to fimd it didnt work. It would not recognize any of my personal data. The manager said they do not refund open software. I threw the package down and threatened to go higher. He gave me a refund. Don't buy these products.

Bought some pukka tea from this company Absolutely Amazing price And received them in 2 Days WOW 🤩

Ordered 4 x 85 litre plastic storage boxes. Arrived in poorly & flimsy packaging. All 4 boxes broken and unusable. After sending pictures, asked if someone please collect today or can I put out to rubbish. Staples advised can get someone to collect by Tuesday (today is Thursday). Several email exchanges later and explaining I live in a very small flat and my disability prevents me getting round the boxes as they are huge. I have nowhere to put them out of the way and now a safety hazzard in my own home. All they do is repeat what they said earlier. Very disappointed to be lumbered with this problem. Will never use Staples again.

I needed copies to be made for my daughter’s shower and the young woman helped me. She was so helpful , courteous and patient with me. When I picked up the finish product she had a not in it thanking and went the extra mile to help me out. Her first name is Steph and she works at staples on 23rd and Oregon Ave shopping center.

I place an order that was supposed to be delivered today, nevertheless it was delivered to the wrong address. I called at 1:05 PM after I got the text that my order was deliver, I still don't have the supplies I ORDER.

The staple store in Brunswick Georgia is a joke! I couldn’t get anyone to wait on me ! I was told by an employee Syd that she wasn’t going to help me because of Covid , she doesn’t need to work in public! I waited and no one would wait on me and my friend! They are so rude and I would love for their corporate office would call me!! Ridiculous

Staples in Alpharetta, GA handles mail for iPostal1 customers and it's absolutely the worst to deal with! They have LOST very important pieces of mail! THEY TAKE THE LIBERTY TO OPEN YOUR MAIL WHEN YOU HAVEN'T REQUESTED IT!!! They are either too busy, not paying attention, don't care, or flat out taking people's mail!!!! They feed you a bunch bullcrap as if they are doing something about but they don't. DO NOT OPEN PEOPLE'S MAIL!!! THEY TAKE AND/OR WILL LOSE YOUR MAIL!!! DO NOT TRUST THEM AND CHECK GOOGLE REVIEWS

I am so tired of buying items in the store and then finding I could have purchased it from their website so much cheaper. I am done. I will buy elsewhere from now on.

Definitely the go-to place for office supplies, no questions about it. They are good with products, stock, delivery, customer support with whatever it is that you need, basic stationery stuff, furniture, you name it. You can get better deals at other stores and chains on some stuff but i dont think it is necessarily worth your while. pretty good choice for one-stop office shoping.

Next day shipping took 8 days with their preferred carrier Courier Express. Item was “out for delivery” 5 times before it finally arrived. Joe, a customer service supervisor, said next time I could request UPS. There won’t be a next time. All the customer service people, and I talked to many, we’re very pleasant.

The delivery date on the order is now 6 days ago. The customer service online live chat is "currently unavailable" and never is. Calling, you get a message that "we are not taking calls - try later." Sending the online form goes unanswered. No tracking, no help, no way to cancel your order.

My order arrived very fast and in great condition, as usual!! Staples products are a great value, always dependable and their drivers are professional & polite!

Joey at the Springhill, FL store on Commercial drive was AWESOME! Truly an asset. He takes his job and service to customers VERY seriously and provided phenomenal service to me with a smile and positive attitude. Thank you, Joey, for making my day. He deserves a raise!

went to Staples in Camillus today & was so grateful for all their help especially Amanda @ the Printing desk who walked me step by step through my order & saved me $ :)

Ordered suitcases after confirming delivery time of 2 days with customer service. But did not receive order even after 5 days. Called customer service to cancel and refund. 10 days past- nothing happened yet.

I needed materials for a presentation on the same day. Staples in Wilmington DE has not failed me yet! Chris C at my local store (110) proved to be a superstar at a critical moment. And he was professional, polite and accommodating! Those copies printed to my exact specifications made my program go from good enough to WOW! Thanks Chris C!!

No help from the employee. Trying to print ; only 3 people in line to return Amazon items, onevpetso taking care of that ; and she was doing nothing, but said I would need to wait one hr to get assistance to enlarge a photo. Terrible

Recently purchased a computer at Staples in Portsmouth, NH. I was surprised how quickly they
let me know the computer was set up. Unfortunately, upon trying to use my email they failed to transfer my contacts. The sales person did ask me what I wanted transferred to the new computer and I asked for my contacts. One request and they did not fill it. Wish I had red the reviews before making the purchase.
