My granddaughter loved it

The website was easy to navigate and delivery was prompt. I have four grandchildren and they all have their own star. It is a special gift and has always been well received. Highly recommended.

So far so good. I can follow Maria's Star as the Earth rotates? I paid for "brightest." I think it is.
Is this correct?

App shows my star constantly in the grass when other star finder apps show it in the correct place in the sky. Have emailed over 19 emails demanding to be fixed or refunded. I no longer get a response from their AI email or Human email.

A problem to start quick email and it was sorted very quickly. My husband is absolutely thrilled.

I purchased 2 stars for people very hard to buy Xmas presents for. I went through the whole online ordering process - picking the options carefully as I went along. I checked my order very carefully before paying.

However on the order confirmation it has no details about what I purchased except for a star and the name.

When these arrived, they were not what I believed I had ordered and did not include the frames.

On contacting the supplier they claim that I didn't order the frames (which I am positive that I did) and I cannot prove this as the order confirmation has no details on it.

The certificates and additional documents look cheap and something that you could print up at home.

I am very disappointed and think this is a scamming company. Will never use again.

Very disappointed with the item delivered. The 'certificate' provided looks fake and cheap - like something a child would put together and print out. I bought it for someone who recently lost their mother but feel embarased giving it to them it looks so tacky and fake. Package contained just three pages of tacky print out which look fake and nothing like the package advertised - the advertised free necklace was also not included. For GBP 33 it's an absolute joke and fraud if the 'registration' is not even real. The check out process was also not impressive - they tried to add on loads of charges, including a GBP 8 delivery fee (!!) for an envelope with three pages in it and you had to click to remove each additional charge - including a 'tip' (for what exactly!). Awful experience and so dissappointing when I imagine most people are purchasing for sentimental/emotional reasons and receiving something so cheap, tacky and fake looking is not cool. Please also note that this is company is not based in the UK and ships from overseas. Would not recommend

I placed an order and still after 1 month, I have yet to receive the physical packet from them. Had to pay to go get the documents printed up on my own. Emailed them 2 times and got the same AI generated bogus response. Thank goodness I did not order it with a frame. This was a gift to a little girl who had to say goodbye to her dog.

The order arrived quickly and was everything I expected and more! My granddaughter was extatic with her star registration gift! Will definitely use them again. A+++++

I bought a star for a new nephew a couple of years ago with minimal fuss.
This year I went to buy one for his newly arrived sister only to find (and have had confirmed by the company) that they now use a different company for the purchase process. DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY NOW. It’s a ghastly process unless you have a very straightforward order (mine involves gifts to a family in another country). I won’t list the difficulties as you’d die of boredom before I got to the end of the long list. But between April and now in September I’ve yet to make a successful order (and failed to honour this baby’s arrival in a timely way).
I have now had a long exchange with the company and may yet succeed if they can untangle the created tangle. Had it not been for wanting one app to serve both children I’d simply have gone to another company.

Hice el pedido hace un mes y no nos ha llegado nada. Le he escrito muchísimos correos y por Wasap sin obtener respuesta. Lo único que le solicito es que me diga por dónde va mi pedido y no tienen la decencia de contestar. Es un regalo para una amiga muy especial para su cumpleaños y no le he podido entregar nada y encima no responden, leen el mensaje y no contestan.
