I placed an order on the 14th February and I'm still waiting for it to arrive. I inquired about it's delivery on the 24th February and was told it was in the couriers hands. I order a fair bit of stuff online and have had no issues with shipping from other online stores during the same period. It's a bit rude asking for a review when I haven't even received the product yet.

Eventually..received my purchase... thankyou..

I still have no received my item. Ordered at least 4 months ago. No correspondence either. Very poor!

Very Good quality, strong metal. Sturdy. Holds bag well doesn’t sway with the addition of sand bags.

Super solid. I love to buy a well made Australian product that will last a lifetime at least.

Bought some gym plates which arrived moderately quickly from Melbourne but the customer service I received was 11/10. The lady I was dealing with was nothing short of amazing.

Swapped from my usual supplier to star. Better prices and stock levels. I recently purchased a pair of 30kg dumbbells, from my usual company ,products and postage to Nth Queensland was $470,from star $255.Enough said, very happy

Purchased the Australian made combo squat rack. Excellent build quality. Holds very steady when used.

Also purchased a Bench Press+dip bar set. Not as great. Contacted the team and they generously allowed for an exchange. Paid a bit extra and bought the Australian Made dip bar attachment instead.

I highly recommend paying the little bit extra for the Australian products. Quality is infinitely better. Will definitely use Star Fitness Productions for all future equipment. Thank you.

Bench is a little smaller than I expected but very good quality for the budget-conscious Home Gym. I love how it folds up, this makes it very easy to store away.

Toll carrier was horrible. Missing instructions. Email, Instagram not responsive

I purchased squat rack from Star Fitness on the 9th of April it has only just arrived on the 28th. They had problems with the courier.

Upon opening the packaging the paint was the worst I've seen in a while Inconsistent chipped missed parts and rust.

Safety bars are so small they look useless.

No protective padding on the j hooks

The product is very poorly done. Products from China are better and this was made in Aus ???

I will never shop with Star Fitness again
Even the Managers attitude needs to be fixed like their crap product.
