In normal circumstances, a significant expense for a home improvement such as this would normally follow a personal recommendation or personal experience. We needed a prod to trigger our much-needed window replacement, and when Starlite contacted us, we thought we would obtain a quote and have a listen. As it happens, we had a good warm feeling about the company from the initial sales visit and follow up calls. We undertook due diligence by contacting a recommended company, and that same comfort feeling surprisingly wasn't there and we decided to go with our gut and requested Starlite to undertake the required installation. The lead time was very quick, and we were given a date which suited us, and it was kept to despite inclement weather that was set upon us. The fitters were friendly. trustworthy and completed a superb installation. The longer term after sales is yet to be experienced, however we have a high degree of confidence and would therefore highly recommend the company for replacement windows, and potentially the other home improvement offerings if our experience is anything to go by.

We are very please with the new windows. I already see a difference in terms of temperature fluctuations, but they make the space look bigger somehow which was an unexpected bonus. Still early days but no issues and their team was communicative and friendly.

Given the scale of task and the style of our windows, we were somewhat apprehensive to make the switch to new windows but given the end result, we're so pleased we did. The team at Starlite were fantastic at putting our minds at ease, cross-checking each and every minute detail (throughout the entire process), ensuring a like-for-like finish, with the added benefits and major improvements overall.

When it came to installing the new windows, the fitting team were incredibly professional and thorough, taking their time to ensure that each and every new window was perfect. The team were also very considerate, ensuring minimal disruption to the household throughout the entire installation.

I had all the windows in my house replaced. It was a big decision but at no point did I feel pressured into using Starlite. They were patient and professional and Oliver answered all my questions and kept me informed. Aaron carried out the survey and went through what would happen during the process of fitting the windows. They work with a specific team of scaffolders and when on site, they all worked together to make the job seamless. Everything was tidied and cleaned up at the end of the day, they even washed up! I am absolutely delighted with my new windows and cannot praise the whole team highly enough. Lovely people to work with and I feel very lucky to have found them and have already recommended them to my friends.

From James introducing himself at our door, to Oliver guiding us through the process of choosing our new front door and then to the installation by Karl, everything was seamless, no hard sale, everyone was polite and professional and customer service was excellent. Karl did a superb job with the installation and the area was left clean and tidy. Ahmed came around to measure and explain everything to us. We ordered 2 large bay windows and two regular windows. Just beginning the process, but the sales part was smooth and not pushy.

Starlite have just replaced 10 windows in my house. During my initial meeting I was impressed with the ethos of the company. It is very customer focused and Oliver was enthusiastic and sincere about giving the customer what they wanted. The sample product he showed me was excellent quality as are the windows that have been installed.
The installation team (Aaron, Grant, Carl and Luke) were fantastic. They worked together as a team extremely well and did a very professional job whilst completing all 10 windows in a day and a half. They were also cheerful, chatty and a pleasure to have around. They even did a proper clean up after themselves.
I was also impressed that the scaffolding was erected two days before work began and was taken down a day and a half after work was complete.
I would be more than happy to recommend Starlite to anyone, their customer service is outstanding

Really happy with our new windows & door. The sales/survey process was not hard sell, honest pros & cons of alternatives discussed. Communication & double checking through the office was thorough. Everyone has been easy to talk to, helpful & happy. The guys who did the work were a pleasure to have around - efficient & swift but obviously with pride in their work and attention to detail. Very co-operative with having to move the van a few times for the neighbours to come and go (we’re in a cul-de-sac so limited space for extra vehicles). Thanks for doing a great job guys!

From start to finish, obtaining a quote to final sign off after installation, every person that works with Starlite Home Improvements are people that you would want in your life. Friendly, considerate, polite and they all take every care to ensure you and your family are looked after, whilst ensuring that their windows and doors are of exceptional quality.

The owners, Oliver and Ahmad have a very different philosophy to other companies. They genuinely care about people. Our surveyor, Wayne was an injection of happiness and positivity. And the fitters, led by Aaron (Custard) with Grant (Mustard) are by far the best and most experienced fitters we have ever had in our house. Along with Luke (Sid) and Karl (Karldemort) were a pleasure to have around. Their nicknames for each other demonstrate how well they get on and support each other. We really enjoyed the light hearted banter and company. They always maintained a high level of respect and especially took care of my elderly and vulnerable father. All of them work so fast and hard to get the job done. They don’t waste time wondering off, they turn up on time and just continue working until that days work is done. Aaron has an incredible philosophy, he installs as he would in his own house. This to an exceptionality high standard, where no corners are cut and they went above and beyond to look after our house. I have not had to clean up at all. At the end of each day they clean up thoroughly after themselves. And now it’s all done we miss them.

We initially obtained quotes from six window & door companies. We then shortlisted to three companies, where I created a simple spreadsheet to compare the companies. I looked at various things like registrations, type of glazing, U value, secured by design, window profile and the overall cost. Our quote from Starlite Home Improvements had no silly marketing ploys, no gimmicks, no tactics, just down to earth straight talking professionals that gave us their time to clearly answer all of our questions. This was not our experience with all other companies that provided us quotes.

All the team at Starlite Home Improvements always had time to help, explain and talk things through. On one occasion I was on the phone with Oliver for just over an hour and a half, until 7pm. And then at the end he even asked so I have any other questions or concerns. Each part of the installation was clearly explained to us and the fitters would work around us to minimise any disruption and ensured we did not freeze (January has been very cold). Once a section was completed they explained and showed us how it all works. Every single one of my concerns, questions or requirements were answered and dealt with.
