New windows
From start to finish our experience with Starlite Home Improvements has been exceptional.
First of all just speaking to Oliver from Starlite windows made me feel very at ease as it took me and my husband a long time to choose a company (2 years infact) and as soon as I spoke to him at he’s office I knew we had chosen well.
The two fitters that came to our house were so good their work was fantastic and they left everything so tidy.
Also they were easy to talk too proper gentleman.
What we thought maybe was going to be a very stressful experience turned out to be a very pleasant one and we are both very pleased with the end result.

Absolutely honest people from initial price, survey and then installation of the windows.
Starlite was always contactable during the process and in turn they kept in touch with me throughout the process.
The fitters were real hard work "gentlemen". They left my house clean and were real professionals.

I used this company for replacing my windows. They was very professional and kind, guided and advised me in what I would need. Highly recommend getting in touch. Great communications throughout and we will defiantly be using the service again.

We are highly delighted with our beautiful new windows and doors. We opted for the casement flush windows and a composite front door and the quality of the products is just outstanding. The service that we received from Starlite Home Improvements was impeccable and the highly skilled fitters were first class. Starlite were professional, friendly & efficient
Starlite were professional, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure the job was done to perfection. Despite finding some issues when removing the old windows, the team quickly and efficiently found safe long-term solutions and finished the job to an exceptional standard. The whole process from sale to completion was excellent. I will definitely be using them again and I would highly recommend them

The most scary yet rewarding journey.
From the very beginning right up to completion. I felt valued, listened to and thier communications were regular and made me feel at ease more about this huge commitment that I was making. The advice was valuable, not always the most expensive but always considerate to my needs e.g pet access without escape, safety for all (pets and humans!),yet still incorporating the look that I wished for. I was given time if I wanted, to process any new ideas that were good options for me. The installation was fitted within the time frame that I preferred. The manager said that the guys were perfectionists (I am too) and he was right. These guys were amazing. They rebuilt my entire bay and then matched in the front entrance, hiding lead flushing and lots of top quality products and workmanship seamlessly, showing off my house and making it look even better than I had imagined. Thier attention to detail was what I had hoped for. They turned up on time, were friendly, worked endlessly and most respectful of my home thorghout the whole installation. The guys helped me to move the odd last minute large/high item on the day, laid covers/boarding and cleaned up each day leaving me with minimal mess. The surveyor was thorough and discussed and checked every detail of the fitting process.
This was a big installation and financial commitment for me and the results deserve this big review. Thank you to you all.
