Good value, quick delivery

Very poor customer service. Ordered the StarName/Moon gift pack for my partners birthday, but on arrival only had the Star Name part inside. Despite having emailed several times I have never had a response from them as to why the pack was not complete. I should have sent it back really but didn't want more expense and had no guarantee that my money would be refunded. Have now ordered form another company and everything complete. Would never recommend anyone using Star Names as no customer service to back up their site. Shocking!!!!!

My order arrived today via first class post. Unfortunately, the picture frame is badly broken but to be honest I'm just glad to have got it.

This was going to be the first of many purchases of starnames for my grandchildren but now after this experience I won't be buying from this company.

I purchased a Star name for my grandsons birthday on 3 February. As I hadn't received confirmation of my order I emailed the company 11 days later to see if they required any further details. I was told that my order had been despatched on 6th February and was asked to confirm the delivery address - which I did.

There has been no reply to further emails or to a message I left via their website which states it is 'live chat' 24/7. Obviously not as every time I have checked it is unmanned.

Very poor customer service and frankly I don't believe my order was despatched on 6 February. I would have been quite happy to have waited for my purchase if I had been told that there was a delay.

I wish I had done more research as the good reviews on their website are 3 years old. There are no recent ones. I wonder why?!

I want a full refund but I am unable to get a response from this company.

There are other more respectable companies offering the same service. I wish I had gone to one of their competitors.
