From showroom to completion of building…
From showroom to completion of building of wardrobe everything went according to plan. The Starplan employees were so friendly and friendly. The sales lady in showroom was very knowledgeable and courteous towards us. The fitters who built up the wardrobe were very friendly. So my wife and I would like to send our thanks to all concerned. Thank you.

Excellent from start to finish
Excellent from start to finish. Great guy Scott who came and measured and took our order.. faultless. Men who fitted wardrobes were fantastic. And we are so pleased with our fabulous new wardrobes. Thank you all so much.

New kitchen
Fantastic service, delivery and fitting. Very professional and very happy with my new kitchen. Downside was they didn’t dispose of the rubbish and still waiting on one snag being corrected.

What can I say. This company from start to finish has been professional from going into Starplan to Sanjida coming out to measuring up and then the fitters coming to complete it all. This is a 10/10.
I absolutely love my bedroom now.

Multiple failures with defective…
Multiple failures with defective furniture. 4 visits and 5 replacements of tops.
Poor compensation for disruption and inconvenience.

Not happy with the customer after care
My bedroom was measured up for units a double set of drawers and a dressing table with electric bed. When it was all delivered the drawers were too big and I was told that I’d have to buy a single set of drawers with no suggestion that this would be replacing the double set. I also rang about the mattresses having no edge support to stop me rolling out. I was told I have to wait at least10 weeks to allow them to settle! I am not pleased with the customer satisfaction or service from Starplan after I paid for my items

Great quality kitchen
Great quality kitchen. Peter in sales made the whole experience easy going. Would also like to thank Gary and the building team for there no problem attitude and dedication also Chris and the installation team for there hard work and sorting out any issues we had. Thanks again would highly recommend Starplan kitchens.
