Overall planning and logistics - excellent
Indian Food - day 1 could be better but day 2&3 was excellent.
Hotel - Rooms were Good. Breakfast was below average for vegetarians.
Itinerary - Visit to the Perfumery could be replaced by a walk on the river seine and more information should be provided on the iconic buildings around the Eiffel Tower.
Tickets - the wait time (almost 2 hours) to buy tickets for Eiffel Tower was a waste of time. Star tours should have booked our tickets in advance.
The tour manager - Mr Tej was a very pleasant and kind tour manager. He ensured that we were comfortable, well fed and happy throughout the tour. Excellent person.
The coach driver - Mr Mitesh was very professional and kind. He was hands on with the details of the tour. Excellent person.

Overall experience - 4.5 stars ⭐️

Absolutely phenomenal , had an amazing time in France and also tge hotel was quite calm and peaceful. The resteraunts we had dinner at was also pretty good as well. Overall wonderful experience to be fair and thank you.

We took the Historic Scotland trip for 3 nights and 4 days with Star tours in December 2025 we were a bit skeptical at first but it was totally worth every penny and the Indian food provided was delicious our tour manager Rishabh was very friendly and helpful at all time and would highly recommend Mark and Rishabh . Our 5-day Swiss Alpine Tour was excellent and well organized, offering breathtaking landscapes, charming cities, and iconic attractions. The itinerary was perfectly balanced, making the journey both relaxing and memorable.

The food at Sherlock Homes and the B&B hotels was outstanding and greatly enhanced the experience.

A special thanks to our tour manager, Divash Joshi, for his professionalism, dedication, and constant support.

The coach drivers, Zunaid and Saz, were courteous and skilled, ensuring safe and smooth travel throughout the tour.

The Aston Manor coach was satisfactory, though improved seating comfort and legroom would enhance longer journeys.

We travelled on the Swiss Alpine – SWAL24122025 tour from London during the Christmas holidays. I am very disappointed with the unprofessional behaviour of the tour guide, Mr Divash Joshi, which unfortunately spoiled our overall experience.

From early on in the tour, the guide became overly friendly and inappropriate with my girlfriend (like he seen a blonde beautiful lady first time in life), singling her out far more than any other passenger. This behaviour was noticeable not only to us but also to other passengers, who even made jokes about it.

Some specific incidents:
• He repeatedly took my girlfriend’s name excessively and focused his attention on her
• During a musical night on Day 1, he continuously involved her without her consent, despite knowing she is not comfortable with Hindi, making both of us extremely uncomfortable due to which we skipped musical night on Day 2.
• He asked personal questions about our drop-off point and where we live, which I avoided answering anyhow and put us in an uncomfortable situation
• At the end of the tour, he hugged my girlfriend suddenly and without consent in front of me, which was shocking and completely unprofessional and unacceptable
• He also made a personal comment about our wedding while getting the luggage after deboarding the coach at trip end which was heights of shamelessness to annoy anyone

This behaviour crossed clear professional boundaries and made us feel very uncomfortable and annoyed. A tour guide should make all passengers feel safe and respected, not singled out or uncomfortable.

Everything else about the tour was good, but this issue with the tour guide seriously affected our experience. I hope Star Tours takes this feedback seriously, addresses this matter internally, and ensures such behaviour is not repeated with future travellers.

However, overall, the itinerary, pricing, hotels, food arrangements, and logistics by Star Tours were very good and fully satisfactory. Switzerland was beautiful, and the tour was well planned.

The coach captains, Mr Saj and Mr Junaid, deserve special appreciation. They were extremely professional, drove very safely throughout the journey, and handled difficult routes with great skill. The Aston Manor coach was not really okay as the seats were less comfortable with limited leg space compared to Mercedes or Volvo coaches

The experience was great and we as family had a great experience. My kids had great time..

Excellent tour. Karan was exceptionally versatile with sound knowledge of each tourist spot, highly engaged with the travellers with necessary travel updates, plans for the next agenda and flexible on the spot based on the situation.

Had an amazing 6 days Europe trip with our manager Mohsen. He was friendly & very supportive. We got all the information about the places we visited during our trip. Only one thing I didn’t like was food & stay which we had in Geneva. Rest all was best. Go for it if you want to visit Europe.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience on our Switzerland tour with Divash Joshi, who is truly becoming a great tour manager. His planning, coordination, and friendly nature made the entire journey smooth and enjoyable. The Swiss alpine views were breathtaking, and the tour was perfectly designed to cover iconic locations, including famous Bollywood movie shooting spots in Switzerland.

A special mention to the bus drivers who were extremely professional, safe, and cooperative throughout the tour. Their driving in the mountain regions was excellent and made us feel very comfortable. Overall, it was a memorable and well-managed tour. Highly recommended

Disneyland Special - Our experience with Star Tours was excellent. Saurabh was very kind and helpful at every stage of the tour, always ensuring everything went smoothly. His support truly made the journey stress-free and memorable.

Overall it was a good trip.Tour manager and coach driver both were helpful and flexible. Tour was well organised. All the time advice was given to passengers.

Only in future if buses and restaurants can be bit more good condition .

The experience to Paris and Disneyland through Star Tour was awesome. Sourabh, the Tour Manager, was very helpful and courteous. He is outstanding. His sharing of knowledge while covering the spots were very helpful. The restaurants and foods were excellent. The stay at the hotel was also very comfortable. Well organised and excellent tour. Our family of four includes our 12 and 9 years old. A four days magical Disneyland special during the Christmas period. A great communication for pre tour information. We boarded at Folkestone service where there was a bit delay due to traffic but we were fully informed by the phone. Eiffel Tower visit on the first day and Indian dinner at night. Christmas Day and Boxing Days at Disneyland land and had the beautiful memories with family. We did go for the illumination tour that highlights the good photo spots for Eiffel Tower at night and other Paris landmarks as well as the beautiful lightings around the city. The cruise in the Seine river was so charming experience to witness the ancient church, Louvre museum, Eiffel Tower, etc from different angles. We had the delicious two Indian dinners and a lunch on the way back to Calais. We would like to thank our tour guide Saurabh and coach driver Zain for this memorable trip. Special thanks to Saurabh who did take our beautiful family photos and very patience with all queries. Thank you

What a Grand and Magical experience to Paris and Disneyland!!! The Star Disneyland Paris Special tour was awesome. The Tour Manager Sourabh was extremely helpful, courteous and knowledgeable. Thank you Sourabh for everything. You are absolutely outstanding. The tour captain was also very helpful. Those extra touches from the Paris illumination tour was cherry on the cake. The stay at the hotel was very comfortable. The foods and restaurants were also great. The tour was very engaging and had lots of fun with the quick games on board. My family is very happy, and we are looking forward to tour again with Star tour. I will definitely recommend Star tour to my friends and colleagues. Thank you.

Paris Disneyland special tour was well organised and punctual. The coach driver and manager Saurbh Patel were both friendly and polite. Tour manager took care of each passenger every time. One suggestion for Star Tours would be that if they allow tour manager to carry a flag or a holding sign so people can easily follow them in crowded public places during short walk and do not get lost.

We had a wonderful 4-day Disneyland Paris tour with Star Tours, and it was truly a great experience. The journey was very well organized, and our guide, Saurav, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He provided us with valuable information throughout the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable.

We had booked this tour to celebrate our wedding anniversary and my husband’s birthday, and Saurav went the extra mile to make it special. He even arranged a cake at very short notice, which was highly appreciated and made the celebration memorable.

The tour covered all the major attractions of Paris along with Disneyland, so it was definitely worth booking. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we are already looking forward to joining Star Tours again for our next celebration.

My experience with Star Tours was excellent. I really enjoyed my time with Star Tours. My guide Saurabh was always relaxed and fun. I went to Paris from London and the journey was amazing. It was a fantastic family journey for everyone on the trip. Additionally, I want to thank the coach captain for helping us for every step of the journey.

Basic amenities such as drinking water is not provided on their super congested coach (for travelling on a 4 day tour too!!!)

Have poorly selected place for lunch on the historic scotland tour. Very limited food options!!
