The style of my sweater is fine. The color is a nice grey. But I was just disappointed with the feel of the sweater. Sad to say, that quality of the product didn’t have the softness that we look for in cashmere.

Love my blue and oatmeal color sweaters I puchased. Good feel and quality cashmere. The quick delivery was nice surprise. I will order again.

I ordered 4 items, but only received 3.
I cant find out who to speak to about this matter. I would still like to have the man's sweater that I ordered!

The quality is wonderful. Prices are remarkably low. Merchandise arrives quickly. My only complaint is that I’d like a wider color range.

I had to return it because it did not fit.
But have not received a refund yet.

Gorgeous product and the customer service top-notch.

In spite of the 102º temperature outside I find myself needing a nice sweater/hoodie for a trip this fall/winter. This cashmere was affordable and I chose black in a medium. I received an email confirming my order. Then I received an email my cashmere had been shipped. All in all I received this hoodie within a week of ordering it. It is beautiful and soft, a perfect fit, and with the zipper opening from the top AND the bottom it's a perfect garment for my needs. Care instructions provided are clear. I've never had a cashmere sweater and I now know that it belongs folded in a drawer, not on a hanger. Choosing which color to order was the most difficult part of this entire experience.

I do not get a receipt or confirmation of the order. The customer service was no help as well.

Nice quality, but the color is very different from the pictures. It looks lighter grey/ blue, but it's just plain grey in real life.

Sent me the wrong item twice and then gave up. And then sent this survey twice, clearly without having read the first one. Sticking to me like lint on cashmere I never got!...

the zip hooded sweater is soft and cozy i love it and hope to get another
