I could not give a worse review on this company. They took 3 weeks to get back to me. They took $300 of my money they sent no products and no refunds. Their customer service was extremely rude. A stately representative hung up on me for respectfully asking for a refund for no service given. buyer beware do not deal with this company. They are bad people…

They don't really listen to your preferences. I feel like someone just goes down the line and picks sizes without keeping your preference in mind.

Its almost impossible to cancel

Quality of clothing is excellernt. Customer service is top notch and they keep you informed from the intitial purchase through delivery to my door.

Easy, nice style, great fit, reasonably priced.

Once you have an issue with "concierge" they will not allow you to talk with anyone else. Talked with Alexis regarding my last Trustpilot review. She was the one that said I would have a different "stylist". Also, she was one that said she was a "lead" concierge rep. Shocking once they switched to their "lead stylist" Hertha that return rate was 83% of the items then was switched back to the "stylist" before, Sabrina, that would send black and grey items and once again received garbage. Specifically colors I asked not to receive. Yes, Sabrina once again sent grey items. Prior to that was told do not send me a dark blue, black or grey sport coat, what did I get a dark blue sport coat. Wish I could share pictures on here. The response "We do not alter member information to misrepresent prior conversations," is BS and they have done nothing about my concerns. I have pictures showing my account was changed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PATHETIC COMPANY!
They do not listen to the customer, they send pathetic outlet quality clothes and will not give a refund.

Alexis, why was Sabrina put back on my account? Why won't you let me talk with your boss or whoever is above the "concierge" section?

stately proves and makes it abundantly clear that they appreciate your business. The value of the money you are spending, and pay attention to your requests and personal desires for box selections.
returns are easy and they are very understanding about your personal fit desires.

BUYER BEWARE! Don’t walk, RUN AWAY! This company is a shady company and has very sketchy policies around “Customer Satisfaction and Refunds”

I was shocked at how many 1 & 2 Star reviews they have online and highly recommend you don’t take my word for it. Please “Vet” this company before you decide to do business with them.

Angie choose some great looking outfits for me. She knows what styles I should wear. Highly recommend Stately. They take the stress out of shopping for great looks.

They have been very clear in what is coming in the packages and make any returns easy and pain free.

I have recieved many compliments on my new look and upgradeded style that came with my first box. It was a fantastic set and I am thoroughly pleased 10 out of 10 I would recommend 👍

It's really fast convenient and worth every cent as well as looks good.

When will I get another box

The Stately concierge and stylists are AMAZING. I've loved all of my boxes and clothing so far. Items are high-quality, fashionable, and well-coordinated! If you are looking to upgrade your wardrobe and develop your own fashion sense, I couldn't recommend Stately more.

My stylist, Britanya, did a great job. Everything sent to me was a perfect fit. Love the colors and style used. Looking forward to my April box.

This company is a complete ripoff. I paid $300 and received a box filled with nothing but cheap, basic t-shirts and one pair of pants—absolutely nowhere near the value they promise. There was nothing curated or premium about it. It felt like they just threw together leftover inventory and called it a day.

What makes it worse is their shady business practices. I tried to cancel my order before it even shipped, and they ignored the request and sent it anyway. Then, of course, they hide behind a “no refund” policy, refusing to make it right. Convenient for them, terrible for customers.

Customer service is useless—no accountability, no solutions, just scripted responses and zero effort to help.

Shipping took forever, which just added to the frustration of an already awful experience.

This company does not care about its customers. They care about taking your money and locking you into a no-refund situation with overpriced, low-quality clothing.

Do yourself a favor: run the other way and spend your money with a company that actually values its customers.

It is always great to known when your box is about to arrive. It is so exciting opening your box knowing its contents were chosen just for you. It will be high quality clothing by known designers and you can trust they will fit every time.

Stately is the perfect way to upgrade your wardrobe. For me it was getting pieces I may have never tried on my own or finding brands that were not in the stores I shop.

Received my very 1st order within a couple of weeks. With my order came a letter from the stylist explaining the items in the box and how to pair them together. I've used a similar service and never received anything of the like. Clothes are quality and fit well. I highly recommend giving them a go.
