This company is complete TRASH! I made an order and after hitting submit I requested to cancel and asked for a refund. The order showed as processing. The agent that responded to my request said they couldn’t issue a refund, because they had already started pulling items for my order. That is complete BS. To add insult to injury, when the clothes arrived, they were to small and horrible quality! Biggest waste of money ever!

Do not waste your money. This is absolutely 100% a scam. It’s not even a legit business in anyway the entire thing is designed to get your credit card number and then make it impossible for you to stop them from charging you. You can’t cancel your account and you can’t pause your account. There is no way to contact them. The only thing on their website is it 800-number that doesn’t work. Seriously do not sign up for the service.

The quality of most of the clothes are not good and they send you shoes no one wants. They do not take shoes as returns. Also the "stylists" if there truly are any do not read your preferences. You get what you have asked repeatedly not to receive and often get duplicates. Its a nice concept but they need to work on the quality of their product. I got stuck with 3 pairs of shoes i couldn't return after requesting not to get that brand and style. Also when I tried to sell them, one pair ended up being a fake from a trusted shoe reseller

This is one of the best overall subscription services a preview before getting items is a big seller for me that way I could swap out or keep the items

Love it i’m not one to like going to different stores and shopping clothes. They gave me some really good options.

Threadbeast is by far the best subscription service I’ve bought. I’ve been subscribed for a couple months now and I’ve never had any issues. The team always responds and they always resolve everything I need. I love the “build your profile” idea, I never receive things I won’t wear. All in all, threadbeast is a go to service everyone should at least check out

I really like the whole experience and ease of this subscription. If I where to give any feedback I would like to be able to be more specific on size for each item, for example, I wear a large tshirt and jacket, but x large flannel, sweatshirt, and hoodie. And a brand selection of shoes would be nice. I like the Nike sneakers, but a selection of other brands would be nice. Other than that I am very happy.

Nice stuff but can’t return or exchange after you receive it like other companies..

The t-shirts are what I like the most the hoodies are a strong 2nd the only downside for me is for the bottoms they are on repeat I would like different colors in the shorts

After I had ankle leg/leg surgery. I was stuck in the house for a while. I couldn’t get out, so I started ordering to improve my closet, and to make myself feel better, since I couldn’t do much. I lived the clothes so much, that I kept the subscription. Now it’s been like couple of years I’ve been ordering.

Be more appropriate. This company gave me a box full of orange garbage . I ask for a refund because I asked for muted colors and flat colors . They told me I can pay shipping and a 20 dollar restock fee . Katie the customer service rep bot or at least I think it’s a bot because she just regurgitated the same thing over and over . Having my credit card company handle it

What a great experience, having someone choose your style and having option if you dont like something. Quick delivery to my place also.
