They sent faulty items. I returned them (paid for the return) and they refused to accept them from customs. Horrible experience. They are now referred to as No Worries.

Falsely advertise shipping times
Falsely advertise shipping times. State they’re in Australia and then 4-6 business days delivery but then products come from China with no chance of being here in that timeframe.

After numerous emails about a 15% discount code not working, I was ensured they would give me a 15% refund off my purchase, which of course never happened. I placed my order in good faith and when I asked for my 15% off, I was told no I had already got my 15% off for a previous order. This clearly was not stated in the emails I received. Dont buy from them

The worst customer service ever
The worst customer service ever! Do not trust this company is a total scam. I paid 70 buck for some sunglasses. When arrived they looked the cheapest version of it. Dont cost even a dollar. You can't even see properly. Contacted customer services and they are vultures! They dont let you return the item and they keep offering u discount. I wanted full refund and when they finally after hardasing me on emails, they confirmed return. But they dont want to pay shipping back when is their own false advertising! Please do not trust this site. Go somewhere else. Its a scam

Dreadful
This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. I ordered a "linen"dress that was 100% polyester . Sizing was completely wrong. Contacted customer service and it is automated emails that come back at you in a loop.

Scam company
Scam company. Sends a cheap version of whatever product you order, often not at all like the description. Wont offer refund unless you pay to send item back to china (which postage would be worth more than the item!)

be careful when ordering from this store , after you pay online , they contact after few days and tell you the item you ordered is out of stock, and they increase the price drastically and then they offer you 30% discount on a similar product. let's hope i will get my refund back
