Excellent

The lady I spoke to was excellent and extremely helpful in regard to any questions I had. In spite of the time it took it was altogether a good experience compared with other health insurance providers. I have been with this company for a few years now and would recommend them to anyone.

We have insured with Staysure for several years and as we are a couple in our 80s we can get insured whereas other companies will only go to late 70s regardless of us both being fit and healthy "oldies". The lady I dealt with over the telephone, I wish I knew her name to say thank you, was really lovely, very friendly, very helpful and patient with my lack of technology, and she completed everything for me and made it so easy for us so yes Staysure has been good for us. I paid for my insurance for a trip to France . I haven’t received confirmation or receipt of my bank transfer. I booked by phone on April 9 th by phone. Moya Woodward
