Shame there's no renewals sent out for Ex-Pat Policies
I was disappointed not to receive a renewal quotation for my Ex-pat Annual Worldwide Travel Policy. I had to contact them direct the day before the policy expired and go through the whole policy buying process again over the phone. However, the lady I dealt with was very helpful and she made the process as quick and painless as possible.
