Repeat customers but we get no discount
We have used Staysure Expat Travel Insurance for many years, when we lived in the UK and since moving to Spain.
One very frustrating factor is that they will not offer you any discount codes for the insurance. When they are offering extensive discount in the UK!
I put in a complaint and asked for a member of the customer service team in Spain to call me, but never received any response, which I think is poor.
