The shirts
I ordered were nice but I had to exchange 1 for a different aize and you only have 7 days to do this from the date you receive your item. I reached out to customer service twice within 2 days for help with this and never received a response. Will definitely never shop there again. You can find shirts like these on other sites

Before I placed an order I did reach out to support/ customer service for some advice on sizing. I received no email in return.
I took my chances and ordered by the sizing chart. Well the shirt that I received was 2” smaller in width. And was very tiny.
I sent two-3 emails asking for a return label and asking for help with sizing. I have yet to receive any response.
And there is no customer service phone number. To me this is a scamming site.

Still haven't received a response from my emails. They've literally ghosted me. I've never experienced this in my life. This IS CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!! Horrible HORRIBLE service. PLEASE DO NOT SHOP HERE! If you need to return or exchange something, you won't be able to even though on the site it says you can. HORRIBLE!!!!!!

Emailed the company 3 times to get authorization to return an item and NO ONE responded.

Quality of item sub par.

I love the feel and color of my new tshirt. It’s great quality. The company has 100 % guarantee and they stand behind that. I wasn’t happy with the color I purchased, after I told them that, they sent me the color I wish I had ordered. I will order from StayWilde again.

Love love your designs and quality…the wait, wait for delivery, not so much.

I ordered a t-shirt and it was the wrong size. It was my fault for not doing a final check before ordering, but the company sent me the correct size at no charge. The material is thick and not flimsy and the print is excellent quality. I appreciate the company's designs.

I ordered a heather teal tshirt and got a blue tshirt that was labeled heather teal. I liked the one shown but did not get a true color thar
t I wanted. I am unhappy with this color.

This was my second time ordering. This is quality clothing at a reasonable price. I highly recommend!

I ordered a sweatshirt and it was a little tight. I wanted a looser fit. I went on the site for returns and told them my issue. I believe it was a day later, I received notification of a new order. The company sent me a new sweatshirt in the next size and told me to donate the one that was too small, All for no cost. What great customer service and what a great company. The sweatshirt is great too!

I paid shipping and handling when I ordered and it was delivered with postage due of $6.39. I reached out to share my experience and they responded by stating they didn’t see the issue.

A very nice shirt. It's very soft material and has a nice fit to it. I will be wearing this shirt a lot. I love it.

My son loves this channel. I don’t get it but there’s some entertaining things on it. When it was just Ben and Cam it seemed more kid friendly. When everyone else came in it was dumb. Ben does nothing but stupid stunts and he’s got girls wearing almost nothing. Especially when they went to….the Bahamas Ben’s girlfriend had basically nothing on. That’s trash. Maybe that’s what you’re hoping to attract but no.

Don’t buy from these people they don’t follow up and their shirts are grossly over sized and of very poor quality! Peel horribly when washed! Zero communication!!! They say they’ll respond in “72” hours but they NEVER respond!!!

I just feel it took tooooooo long for response. One sweatshirt earlier wouldn’t break the company!!!

I believe this company to be fraudulent. I placed and paid for my order Feb 4. Tracking said it would arrive Feb 10-12, yet I can see it is not in transit after Feb 8. When I reach out to Stay Wilde, they will not answer my emails. I have requested a refund in writing only to be dismissed and ignored. Today’s date is Feb 19, and even though Stay Wilde’s form email says they will answer all inquiries in 72 hours, it’s been 6 days since I initiated conversation, and all that I get is a dead tracking number sent to me in another form email without receiving assistance of any kind. 100% bot.

Buy from someone that won’t just take and keep your money with nothing in return, because that’s what Stay Wilde does.

Love my shirt, it is so soft and comfortable. Very quick shipping.
