The site was easy to navigate. Delivery was seamless and although I was concerned that the item might be damaged in transit, the package was secure and in a cute little steeldive holder. This sure is a wonderful gift of timeless quality.

Make an excellent product at a fair price. Workmanship is on par with much more expensive offerings from other companies. Shipping was fast and trackable

The SD1970 6105 arrived in amazing condition. The watch has so many top features at this price. I also bought the SD submariner, and again I was super satisfied with the watch.
I will definitely buy from Steeldive again.

Steeldives makes great quality products, uses very interesting design however for me as an owner of a few seems to be impossible to get any after sales support. I bought a model of watch which I’ve lost two screwes holding one of the lugs in the case in less than two
Months from purchase which indicates manufacturers error. The purchase I’ve made was on Ali express and I couldn’t get through to the seller. When approached one of licensed suppliers I was declined help. That makes a good product useless as I’ve runned out of options and for this reason wouldn’t recommend.

1964 Sea-Dweller. Watch itself is great. I took a star off for the poor bracelet - inconsistent finishing and a couple badly deformed links. I took a second star off for lack of customer support: I sent several emails and chat messages asking for some replacement links/bracelet with no response.

After my first purchase I found your watches to be excellent and they performed as well as any high dollar watch. I have since purchased several other models and I'm shopping for another.

Watch good but bracelet safety catch loose. Had to pay to replace. Customer service followed up once but then didn't get back to me. I'd be satisfied if I could replace with one of your rubber or NATO straps so I wouldn't have the weak clasp issue

Avoid like the plague.
I ordered a watch online from there website on February 19th.
I heard nothing from them so I emailed on the 5th of March asking when I can expect my watch, to be told that the watch colour is out of stock but I could choose a different colour. I replied with a different choice of colour and asked when I am likely to see the watch as I am going on holiday on the 20th of March and I need it for then.
They have now ghosted my email and I have had no reply...
So I am now having to go through the process of requesting a refund!

Device was ordered for Christmas and came before Christmas. Product functions well it looks very nice. I’m very impressed with quality and price.

The Steeldive watch is a great price point but more importantly this group has follow through. I have bought 4 copper watches and my buy another one.
