Bei unserer Leasingrückgabe einer DS 7 in Hamburg empfehlen wir, die Prüfberichte genau zu prüfen und bei der Übergabe einen Zeugen dabei zu haben. Das erste Gutachten führte zu einer deutlich höheren Abrechnung als erwartet; nach dem zweiten Gutachten reduzierte sich die Summe erheblich, entsprach aber aus unserer Sicht noch nicht vollständig unseren Erwartungen.
Diese Bewertung basiert ausschließlich auf unseren eigenen Erfahrungen

Seit 14 Monaten stand mein Junior für insgesamt 6 Monate in der Werkstatt. Der Fehler war immer derselbe und wurde nie behoben.
Stellantis weigert sich dennoch die Rückwandlung/Rücktritt anzunehmen der mir rechtlich zusteht.
Vermutlich wird das verzögert bis das Leasing endet und sie sich das Geld sparen.

Es ist ein Schande wie diese Firma arbeitet. Daher am einfachsten nie wieder eine Marke von Stellantis kaufen oder leasen, denn wenn's Probleme gibt dann ist der Kunde und das Autohaus der Dumme und Stellantis reibt sich die Hände. Anders kann man sie nicht bestrafen, 20 Jahre Alfa Romeo, helfen da auch nicht mehr.

Am 05.03.2026 habe ich meinen ein Jahr alten Peugeot e-208 GT im Autohaus abgegeben. Vier sicherheitsrelevante Software-Updates waren notwendig. Am gleichen Tag nachmittags informierte mich das Autohaus, dass nur zwei Software-Updates erfolgreich waren. Man habe nun "einen Fall beim Hersteller" aufgemacht. Meine Nachfrage beim Autohaus am 09.03.2026 ergab, dass sich Stellantis auf den Fall nicht gemeldet hat. Ich kann mein neues E-Auto nicht benutzen, Ersatzwagen wurde mir verweigert. Was ist das bloß für ein mieser Service :-((

1. Update:
Nach Fristsetzung bis 12.03.2026 und Ankündigung, ansonsten einen Rechtsanwalt einzuschalten, hat mir das Autohaus ab 10.03.2026 einen Leihwagen zugesagt.

2. Update:
Am 12.03.2026 beim Mitarbeiter im Autohaus nach dem Status gefragt. Es wurde ab Werk ein fehlerhafter Kabelsatz verbaut, deshalb Probleme mit den Updates. Ein neuer Kabelsatz sei bestellt, man rechne mit Lieferung am 13.03.2026. Stand 17.03.2026 hat sich das Autohaus nicht mehr gemeldet und war auch telefonisch nicht erreichbar.

I booked an appointment with the dealership over the phone providing details of the Uconnect software problem with my Jeep. We later found out the call centre used were known to have no vehicle knowledge and the message they left was incomprehensable.

Effectively, when you change the Jeep battery it has a design fault which can cause the software to disconnect so you lose sat nav, radio, temperature control etc.

When I arrived at the dealership. I made it very clear that the reason I was there, was to have the Uconnect software rebooted to talk to the car.

The car was diagnosed with a faulty alternator...£466, and 2 front tyres were needed, which was untrue, at £116 each!

(I later had these checked by a local garage and there was nothing wrong with them.)

When I stated that I was only interested in having the Uconnect software fault being resolved, they brought out the Manager.

The Manager had no idea what I was talking about.

He advised me that the Uconnect software was a phone app and nothing to do with the large consol screen that was not working in my car.

To top this, the manager had a jeep himself, but had no idea that the consol screen was called a Uconnect.

The manager spoke to my husband and myself as if we were slightly retarded, explaining in a pleasant manner that we had no idea what we were talking about.

They were going to charge us £215 for not listening to what we wanted, doing nothing about it, and falsely telling us we needed additional parts which were functioning fine. They also wanted to keep it on the forest court for 10 days and replace the alternator before booking it is again to look at the software issue.

NIE MEHR STELLANTIS! Für uns sind es gefühlt äußerst mafiöse Methoden. Wir empfehlen allen, die Gutachten bei Leasingrückgabe durch einen Anwalt prüfen zu lassen! Es lohnt sich so was von!!!!
