Hello, We are very sorry about the bra strap charge. In order to compensate for this charge, We have noted on our system store next time you come in we will give them to you free of charge. Thank you for your business.

In store staff was helpful for selling the garments. But when I had to return 2 unworn, unopened packages, they only offered me credit, no refund. So beware of their refund policy. Online it says they give refunds, but they did not. I purchased several items and probably won’t need anything else from their store for awhile but I’m stuck with a $60+ credit note.
