I was genuinely shocked by the overall experience with Stemtox in Capri. Despite being a relatively new brand trying to position itself as “luxury skincare,” everything about it felt extremely cheap and poorly executed.

I saw both of their pop-up stores in Capri, and honestly, the stores were almost empty — huge white spaces with barely any decoration and just a few tiny white bottles displayed in large white windows. From a visual merchandising and branding perspective, it was a complete anti-marketing experience. You could barely even notice the products from outside because everything blended together. It looked unfinished and low-budget rather than premium or innovative.

What made the experience even worse was the very aggressive sales approach. The staff outside the store were literally selecting tourists they assumed could afford the products. One of the salesgirls physically stopped my boyfriend outside the shop and insisted repeatedly that he come in. We were clearly in a hurry, yet she kept pushing us to sit down.

Without asking a single question about allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions — which is extremely irresponsible, especially around the eye area — she immediately applied a serum under one of his eyes to demonstrate the “instant effect.” I personally work in the cosmetics industry, and basic skin safety questions should always come first before applying anything to someone’s face.

The serum itself was presented as a “revolutionary” product costing around $1200–1300 for a tiny bottle. However, when we looked at the packaging, there were no visible ingredients listed on the box — only a QR code to scan. In Europe, ingredient transparency is extremely important, especially for cosmetic products. When we asked the salesgirl what ingredients the product actually contained, she admitted she had arrived only two days earlier and knew almost nothing about the product she was selling.

The entire presentation felt unprofessional, inexperienced, and manipulative. The salesgirl also started making passive-aggressive comments because I was clearly uncomfortable with unknown substances being applied so casually near my boyfriend’s eyes. Yes, there was a temporary tightening/filling effect, but nothing revolutionary — just a superficial cosmetic effect from synthetic ingredients.

After checking the ingredient list later on their website, the product turned out to be full of synthetic compounds despite the brand trying to project a “high-end wellness” image. They also sell overpriced skincare devices with similarly inflated pricing.

Most importantly, this kind of aggressive tourist-trap marketing feels completely out of place in Capri. Capri is associated with authenticity, elegance, natural beauty, and refined luxury — not pushy sales tactics and overpriced synthetic skincare sold through pressure tactics.

I absolutely would not recommend this brand or this experience.

Misleading! Do NOT purchase!
The skin care products clogged the pores in my face contributing to acne, boils and discomfort.
The hand held Red Light machine did not perform as the sales persons that was used on my face the day I purchased it.
The sales person said the quantity of face skin care I purchased would last three years washing my face twice daily. Using the products sparingly, it only lasted me ten months. I paid $2,400! My skin was aging Faster using Stemtox than it did prior to starting their products. I Highly recommend you run, not walk, but Run from their sales teams as quickly as you can.

One of the worst products I was ever been scammed into! High pressure very little product knowledge and a disgrace for what should have been a good experience!
Just save the money …this is one of the most embarrassing decisions I could have ever made!!!

I had a wonderful experience testing the products with a sales rep named Ariel at the airport pop-up in Cabo. Purchased the BTox Boost and Balance Skin Restore which immediately improved my under eye bags. Thanks Ariel :)

My experience depended a lot on where I bought it

I was introduced to Stemtox while traveling and later ended up purchasing online from stemtox.com.

The products are amazing and I’ve perfected my routine at home. Love it!

I first came across Stemtox through a live demo, and like a lot of people, I was impressed by the immediate tightening effect. When I started using the products at home, I’ll be honest it didn’t look exactly the same as the demo.

That said, after using it consistently, I started to understand the difference. The instant effect products still work, but technique, amount used, and skin prep seem to matter more than I expected. Over time, I also noticed my skin looked smoother overall.

So while it’s not exactly like the demo experience, I wouldn’t say it’s misleading just something you figure out with regular use.

I’ve seen some harsh reviews about Stemtox so I wanted to share my experience. I’ve used several of their products, and while I wouldn’t call them “miracle” products, they’re also definitely not a scam.

The instant tightening product gives a visible but temporary effect, which I think is where some confusion comes in. The longer-term products take weeks of consistent use, like most skincare.

If you go in expecting overnight transformation, you’ll probably be disappointed. But used as part of a routine, I did see gradual improvement.

i must say this company is one of the best skincare brands i’ve ever tried!! i absolutely love the atox and ctox!! not only does stemtox have amazing products but their customer service is top notch, they answered all my questions within an hour via email and were so nice about it! definitely recommend!

This company and product are scams. I purchased the B tox in the Puerto Vallarta airport. (First mistake)
The sales man and woman were VERY aggressive, but I pushed back. My main complaint is that the product they used on me and the one I received/purchased are NOT the same product. It doesn’t lift. It doesn’t last. It flakes and dries your skin. The man told me it would last 2 1/2 yrs. He told me the Dr practices in Park City, UT. He told me the Park City office would help me with any questions or problems. HA!
Bait and switch for sure. Deceptive sales practices. High pressure sales staff. A totally fraudulent product and company.
As far as “the company” not being responsible for third party sales…it’s their product; their packaging; their literature. The company should be made to honor all returns, and stop the fraud/scam.

Amazing products made such a huge difference to my skin, in love!!

My experience with Stemtox.com has been positive. I liked that the products were easy to add to my routine, and I noticed the best results when I used them consistently. I also appreciated that a little product went a long way, which made them feel like a good value. Of course, skincare works differently for everyone, but in my case, I had a good experience and felt the products were worth trying. Overall, I’m pleased with my purchase.

Sell agents at Orlando aiport are very rude. If you're not buying they don't even say goodbye. The product made my skin hurt.

COMPLETE RIP OFF. THEIR PRICING IS CRAZY. PURCHASED THE LIFT AND LOCK AT A STORE AND ONY GOT 10 PUMPS OUT OF IT BEFORE EMPTY AT $ 600 .
0.51.oz. I should have read OZ before buying. The sales person said it would last a year. it lasted one month.

Horrible product! Got pressured into trying it at the Chesapeake Boat Show in Timonium, MD on 2/8/26. The skin around my eyes has been red ever since & constantly burns. DO NOT use any of their products. This company should not be allowed to operate. It's definitely a scam.

Super fraudulant company! Bought this in the Cancun airport and they use every line in the book to sucker you in. Then they said if I didn’t like it, I could return it when I got back to the United States, or you don’t find out till after you buy it and on your receipt it states all sales are final. Avoid Stemtox and all of their products!

I bought this at Costa Maya for 150. It worked great there and was told use it once a week before bed. Really evasive when I asked if they had any stores in the US. Pretty package maybe that's what I paid for. Felt it is a scam, they try to push everything they use on you and change prices. Like the red light wand, started out at 5k and was down to 750 plus more creams by the time I left. Didn't buy anymore. This product reminds me of Instantly Ageless. Just take the free demo and move on. It also drys and starts flaking off after a hour or so.

I bought STEMTOX at the Cancun Airport on our way home from a holiday. It is a scam! And I totally fell for it! Two things that were my mistake:
1. I paid $250 US - but was surprised at $40 US taxes. And then my VISA card was debited $5890 MX pesos. Way over the currency exchange rate. I questioned it but didn't walk away and check - which I should have done.
2. I saw the box and the weight of it. But I didn't see the product inside. When I got home, I saw that it was less than 10 ml. My own eye cream at home is 20 ml. Really feel taken - but I should have asked to see inside the box before I paid.
Please don't get scammed and don't get pressured into it by their very smooth sales team. I feel so foolish......

It's a total rip off . Was told it would last 2 years . Ive hardly used this for under eye . Bought in the carribean in Nov 2025. Lucky if there's a teaspoonful in the pump .
Not happy as it was expensive .
There is nothing left in the pump .
Do not wasteyour money . Beware as it's a total scam.
