Going to Sterling Store to buy a new Chair.
On arriving at the store and we went to the payment desk to ask for assistance as my Brother has got special needs.
The person there went on the tannoy and called for a sales assistant who appeared within a very short time she was called Catherine and looked after us throughout the process explaining things all the way.

We were sofa shopping, and were approached by a friendly and helpful salesman called Matt. He gave us good information and advice, and was happy to give us time and space to make a choice. Matt is easy to chat to, and is an asset to the team.

Exceptional Service
Cannot recommend Steve highly enough at the Aberdeen Store. Helped us with different styles and good ideas for accessories. We ended up with 2 sofas & footstool. Also got carpet arranged for our living room too. Didn’t rush us. Great customer care, what a star!! Thanks Steve!! ( only came in for a coffee!☺️)

I had a great experience and assistance…
I had a great experience and assistance today purchasing a Paul Stressless recliner chair with Matt in Sterling’s Aberdeen, Bridge of Don branch. He was really helpful letting me test the chairs for a good time whilst my son played and to price up and consider different options and requirements.

Fantastic set of staff at the Aberdeen site. All extremely helpful and very knowledgeable on their ranges. This store has a superb collection, we were spoilt for choice. Donald did a fantastic job of looking after us along with Jason. We will definitely return to purchase items from them and highly recommend the store. You’ll not be disappointed.

Excellent customer service
Our sales assistant Catherine was excellent. We were going to purchase a different sofa but she suggested we look at a couple of others which suited us better. She was also able to allocate additional discount as well as merging our delivery with another order we’d made earlier so saving a further £69. Very knowledgeable about products as well and no hard sell. Great customer service.

Great sofas and chair.
The sofas and chair look great and are comfortable.
There were some marks on the sofas when they were delivered, however an appointment was made for a technician to come and fix any problems. This was done quickly and efficiently.
The initial process of selecting the furniture and ordering was good.
The furniture was delivered fairly quickly.
Overall, we are very happy with our purchases.

Absolutely outstanding service
Absolutely outstanding service from the Sterling Aberdeen flooring department. Over the course of a renovation project I have been back and forwards to view flooring options and the staff have always been incredibly helpful and not at all pushy for a sale. I was really impressed by Andrew who came out to measure and took time to explain the options available for our hallway and stairs, he was very friendly, patient and even explained to my 5 year old what he was doing. The communication has been excellent, and I have never been more impressed by an in store team than my experience with Kelly and Kirsty today. They went above and beyond to look after my kids while I was focusing on the paperwork, and they couldn't have been more polite, helpful and professional.
