Sales assistant was patient gave us plenty of time to think about whether we wanted to make a purchase. She gave us ideas but never any sales pressure. We went upstairs for a coffee to discuss and made our decision.

Fantastic service and great range and quality of furniture

They had a great range of beds to sit…
They had a great range of beds to sit or lie down on and the sales staff were very helpful about the choices we had and why some beds were more expensive than others.
When our bed arrived, one of the drawers stuck and they sent around a man to sort out the problem at our home. Altogether a good experience and we are very happy with our new bed.

The lady that served me was excellent, her approach to me, her knowledge of the item I wanted, was superb. I am 81 years old and she was brilliant at explaining the things I needed to know.
