New suite…
Came a couple of times before deciding on the suite I chose, staff were very helpful, didn’t think 3 1/2 seater would fit in so ordered 3 and chair, then measured the space and it could, it wasn’t any bother to order the larger one. Long wait on getting it but that really doesn’t matter.

We only came in for Coffee
Even although the Store hadn't opened we were greeted warmly by a member of Staff who advised of the correct opening times but also of the on site Cafe what a difference that made to our experience and probably went a long way to making our decision to purchase a new suite thank you.

Don’t accept Amex.
You can pay using Amex if you order online but you can’t pay with Amex in the store! What’s that all about?
I have no issue with the salesperson who assisted us, she did her best under the circumstances. She was very helpful in fact. It’s just their policies are wrong. Oh, and I found the manager to be rude, abrupt and arrogant. Feel free to pass that on.

Thank you for letting us know how you feel.
We can confirm that our website purchases go through third parties such as Paypal and Stripe who have a wider network of acceptable payment methods. The in-store terminals are operated differently and have less payment options available.
Whilst we are happy to hear that the salesperson was helpful, your comments relating to the Store manager are obviously disappointing.
We have forwarded your comments on to the Senior Management team who will investigate the matter further.
